thanks for your vidéo they are motivationnal I plan to buy a mosquito in a couple of years, I already have the money to do so but, I work to secure my investments before actually buying it. In preparation I learn my lesson on the history of the helli, how the machine works, next year I'll start my pelot lessons. Sometime I come here and it help me to keep being motivated. I would reaaly appreciate, if you make instructionnal video on different sthing like maintening the engine rpm in regard of disk speed for exemple, or on how miuch it cost to maintain the t62 turbine, where do you proceed of your complete overhall in europe etc. thanks so much
You are welcome. Very good to have dreams and to keep working on it. Will try to make such a video but for now i prefer to make it the way it is. There is not much to do to maintain the turbine (oil check, filters change every 100hrs or 5 years). Maintening the engine at the right rpms is not a problem with the turbine as it is auto gouverned... Good luck in your project. Much fun but helicopters are not an easy task and you must always fly it in a conservative way ;-)
Of course but keep in mind each XET has his own specific way of starting. In genereal it's quite the same but for me as i use petrol instead of JETA1 the starting process is a little different... Congratulation for your new bird !
Hello! I have one question about helicopters. I would like to know - is rotor step turn change rotor step in both rotors? I mean the main and the Yaw rotor? Or Yaw only changes by pressing pedals?
He was in jail in London at that time and this give M. Schumacher the opportunity to do his first ever F1 race in Jordan team... History in the making...
What an awesome helicopter! I currently fly an R22, how would you say it compares? How many hours do you have on it? I'm thinking of making the switch, but I'm a bit concerned about the powerplant's reliability, any insights?
Thank you. Yes it is an awesome helicopter but a very little one. It is more easy to fly than an R22 and more forgiving as you have much more rotor inertia but it is less confortable. So it's more to have fun in local area than to do long cross country. I have around 25hrs on it. About powerplant, you can choose between two 2 strokes engines and the turbine. I choose the turbine because it is certainly more reliable but it consumes more.
Everyone of these videos I’ve watched of the mosquito, the people seem to fly them 10 feet off the ground 90% of the time. Tells me they don’t have much confidence in them
It's a very reliable little helicopter and a lot fly them on a regulary basis to go from place to place but it's also a very funny helicopter to fly and play around the ground so it depends of what the ppl are looking to. Also not every owner videotape their adventures...
Golden years, this sound is brutal, nostalgic and sad in different way. The formel 1 could so easy be fantastic. Built cars like these, with the look and sound and cancel egologic regulations. Let the cars scream like in the past.
Wow, Schumacher in a Jordan dress, that is quite some rare footage right there. Bet there aren't many private videos from that age let alone from this occasion.
"Gachot, why?" 😄 Seems, Lewis's "black lives matter"-statement is not a first time, when F1 drivers giving support to some not-sporting case, which not anything to do with a motorsport. If I remember right, Belgian f1-driver, Bernard Gachot fired from Jordan team, cause he get sentenced fine abuse a taxi driver etc.
How money did you spend for a really great view like this? paddock access, Staying on the grid, Really near the drivers.. Okay that in the 90s were less "protected" than now but no so much to consent to everyone to go freely on the track and in the paddock
