I met Johnny when I was a teenager, my father and him served in the Air Force together, Johnny was a great man. My Dad introduced me to Mr Cash, and said, Johnny, this is my son, and he plays guitar, and I replied, I only know 2 chords, johnny told me " I got famous on 3 chords, learn one one more and you're better than me" , he was so humble, and my mom is still alive and remembers that day like yesterday. As a child in Pa, it didn't suck growing up meeting celebrities like they were friends of the family to be honest. The Statler brothers were at my house, when I was a kid, and I had the honor of meeting marty robbins, I miss my dad, but I'm grateful for all the people he introduced me to over the years.
