Birmingham's premier running collective, Anti-Concrete Track Club, coached by the man of the hour Dean Miller, have decided to document their rise to stardom for all to see.
Doping in the NCAA - no surprise who won the 100m then...... just saying.... said the same thing about Mo Katir a few years ago and everyone laughed..... Video was great, shame some of the athletic performances were not. Time for some to swap events - 4yrs and only 2s improvement over 2 laps from an average time should tell you something needs to change (retire or alter your training, yr coach or/and event)
Fantastic video! Quote of the year: “British Athletics might make some money, and then people might start getting paid and taken to competitions”. We can only hope 😂🤦♀️
Thank you Stuart, would be better if British athletics allowed accreditation for content creators to make stuff like this. Would help the production value so much!
@@Anti-ConcreteTrackClub 👍🧡 You'd think they could use all the help they could get and actively help facilitate Quality content creators in promoting our sport!
If you’re over like 23 I’d have a really hard time justifying the risk/reward of legitimately doing any serious sprint training, and that’s not even considering how it’d affect your _other_ programming.
You just got to stick at it! Trust in the work that you're doing a keep racing, eventually one will stick and it'll be 100% worth it! Maybe also consider how you're training might be affecting your racing (i.e over-training or not tapering etc)
