He girl, nothing wrong with being honest. Synthetic wigs are great for people that change their hairstyles often due to the affordability in price, versus spending hundreds on human hair when you want a new look. Most of them also come pre-styled so its less maintenance. I agree that would say that some years ago synthetic wigs were a nightmare to wear, but now companies have been stepping up their game when it comes to quality. It truly all depends on where you buy the wig and how you style/ install it for the best results. Synthetic wigs can definitely look natural with the right customization, but some people have a habit of throwing the wig on as it is out the box which tends to make the wig look less natural. Lastly, I actually think the straight ones look more natural than the curly ones. They tend to last longer too. Again, it all depends on the brand and the install. But I've definitely seen plenty of girls on TikTok installing synthetic wigs that look natural or like human hair. I'd recommend looking there for some realistic reviews. Hope this helps.

@@ebonyeverything2751 yess definitely go explore. The sensationnel and Outre brand are definitely changing the game. The lace on synthetic wigs melt wayyy better too. For anyone thinking about trying synthetic wigs, the first one I’d recommend to look into is the “Latisha wig”. Plenty of bomb installs on TikTok and it was my longest lasting one (had it for a year with the right upkeep). Other favorites that people like: zelena, Solana, rashana, Butta unit 5, and Dominica. Keep in mind, for the best quality, look for yaki or thicker hair textures. Anything that looks too shiny or thin is poor quality and will most likely tangle. Darker colors tend to be stronger in quality as well, but don’t let that shy you away from trying color for something cute and temporary. Lastly, don’t let the beauty store tax you😭they’ll charge you $70 for a wig that you could get for $35 online. Samsbeauty is my go to website for sure. Hello, I totally see where you're husband is coming from. I observed this myself a while ago after realizing most people with natural long curly hair barely define their parting space. However, it's common in the black community for hairstylist to make sure the parting is straight and defined when styling most hairstyles, so it might be done out of habit when doing wigs. It also helps give off a clean finished look. Like your husband, its easy for me to spot out wigs as well, but at the end of the day its just a hairstyle. Whether if someone is going for a natural look, sleek look, or just having fun experimenting, all that matters is that the hair looks good. Its unfortunate to hear that. This is the wig I received when I ordered it. If I see any similar comments I will take this video down or pin a comment to notify others. After receiving this hair, I noticed the picture the company used to advertise the hair looked slightly different from what I got. I made sure to notify people in my amazon review and the pinned comment under this video that the hair is more kinky curly than the deep wave they advertised. This wig wasn't one of my favorite curly wigs, but I was able to make it work. If you need better synthetic recommendations, here are a few: Dominica, Butta lace 5, Studio cut DPL009. These wigs are are supplied by synthetic hair vendors so the units are more likely to come out at they advertised, but I would recommend purchasing from actual synthetic hair brands like Sam'sBeauty. Oh man. Next time just remember that a little lace left is okay. You can always blend the lace with foundation to help it blend with your skin better. You can even go over it with more glue as well.
