Hello Alanna! I've lost count of how many times I've seen and listened to this clip you made of the concert. I LOVE this version. Is it possible that you could share with me the complete recording that you made of this song that day? I would be grateful because, this way, I can put it on my playlist. 1:20 minutes is too short.
Hey Alanna, I'm sorry I missed your performance in New York. I only found out about the show late. I played trumpet for Ronnie on the show last year in Brooklyn at the Children's Museum. My era in Soca music was back in the 80's thru the mid 90's, and I have seen and worked with many of Trinidad's best musicians, but I never seen anyone with the complete package like you. You are amazing. I worked with Ronnie Mcintosh & Chandelier, Sound Rev (after Colin left and went with Taxi), Roy Cape, and did a couple shows with Charlie's Roots here in the States. My main band I worked for was Byron Lee & the Dragonaires. So you get an idea that I kind of know what I'm saying. Keep up the great works and keep grinding. Are you considering and preparing for what you'll do after this phase comes to an end? I hope and pray to see you on bigger performing stages...
Alana is the ULTIMATE DRUM SNIPER. Very Calm , simple, no noise or gallery but soooo lethal and explosive on the drums. WoW!! Congratulations 🎊 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
