Nutritional therapy practitioner providing mind and body interventions for nervous system healing I consider the WHOLE BODY in our work. I am informed by principles of ancestral nutrition, non toxic lifestyle, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, polyvagal theory, mindfulness and visualization, and other important daily practices which together can give you the building blocks to help your body let go of stress, anxiety and shame that is trapped in your nervous system. Why focus on nervous system health? Our nervous system is the foundation of our well being. When our nervous system is disregulated, it can manifest in PTSD, chronic fatigue, food cravings, digestive discomfort, emotional disturbance, autoimmune disease, anxiety, depression, brain fog, difficulty focusing, and a host of other nagging health issues. In our work I can help you re-connect to your body and re-gain a sense of peace and calm.
I have only seen one Allithiamine supplement on the market and it contains microcrystline cellulose and I try to stay away from these fillers. Can anyone suggest a good one
Love your book Read your book And will be joining your program. 1 issue: I feel that the notes and references at the end of eat chapter ruin the flow of the book. Love the book not a fan of the set up. If I’m reading your book I don’t want to be distracted by all the minutiae of the research as it’s overwhelming. So all of that information should be moved to an appendix in the back of the book by chapter to enhance the flow. Overall it is an excellent book the addition of an appendix would make it STELLAR After that change I would have it made into an Audible Book
Thank you. YOU are an incredible teacher! I am grateful for you every day as you guide me through this journey! I may not still be here had I not found you about 6 months ago. I thank you with every ounce of my being down to each and every mast cell! 💗🙏🏼💗
My 14 yr old daughter is homebound. Has POTS and I strongly suspect MCAS. How do young teens do with your program . She is the pickiest eater on the planet on top of her nausea and slow gastro.
We work with teens frequently, and we actually have a mom who's daughter recovered from POTS to help with the parenting aspect on doing a therapeutic diet with a teen! I think you'd be a great fit- be sure to reach out!
I really like how she stuck to her guns. I don’t care what diet, restrictions or supplements you throw at me it doesn’t work when your limbic system is messed up. All this trash with do this and do that=fear.

so so so deeply appreciate how much you emphasize the mental and spiritual aspects of these illnesses because it really is so critical for healing. nobody in my life understands the issues ive been having so its really comforting to watch someone who has overcome it. thank you so much.
thank you so much you're the only person i've found talking about these lesser known issues and i'd been sick and not living life for about a year and im still healing but when i found your videos all the pieces finally fit together because there are just an insane amount of foods i do not tolerate and just have to avoid completely for now. i got one of your courses and was able to follow it for about a month and saw so much progress. i've also always noticed i feel my best when staying very low carb/grain/starch. i have gluten intolerance but also suspect celiac due to the severity of my symptoms and its been such a journey especially spiritually. such a ramble but just want to say thank you for your videos.
Mold, Covid can cause this! Both me and my son (14) have been struggling with severely debilitating symptoms for over a year. The panic, anxiety, fatigue, flu like symptoms, digestive issues, tremors and insomnia was crazy. Heart palpitations, shortness of breath brought either of us to the emergency room regularly to be dismissed. Headaches were unreal for both of us for months. Not until we left the apartment crawling did we start to get breaks. Both of us have had extreme reactions to all kinds of supplements and medicines. My son has missed a whole year of school and I was on disability for months. It has taken 10 months of similar experiences to what she describes. Traumatized but both of us have improved since moving. We did not vaccinate.
@@WholeBodyHealingwithJenWe are improving but not 100%. Think we are dealing with MCAS and both very reactive to many triggers. However, able to function better.
Low blood pressure, tachycardia, left side chest pain, weight loss, confusion, weakness, light sensitivity, hair loss, headache, so much nervous ness, gasping for air. I am extremely mad with these symptoms since last 2 years. And all doctors including cardiologist, urologist, neurologist said i am fine. Its all about my anxiety.
Hi Jen, Ive tried to go low carb grain free to follow your protocols but I always get a headache, the exact symptom I am trying to reduce. Any tips for headaches when lowering grain carbs please?
Symptoms often get worse before they get better! It's likely it will settle if you power through. It may be helpful to meet with a coach and trouble shoot more?
I really hope i get to this stage someday soon. ❤ Im doing everything in my power to get there. Besides the suffering, one of the hardest parts of illness is the uncertainty.
Mary and Jen were both my nutritionists in May 2023 and they cured my autoimmune Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Thank you so much for curing my disease so I can be my best self and be the Mom my daughter deserved! My condition took all my energy from me and you both cured me. I am forever grateful and indebted to you both. If there’s ever anything I can do to help you, please reach out! ❤️
@@anamoreno2303 a lectin-free, ketogenic GAPS diet. If you struggle with keto, you probably have heavy metal toxicity in which case traditional GAPS is ideal. But you can heal on GAPS alone! And get a SpectraCell test to check for nutrient deficiencies in your cells. Take high doses of Vitamin A, D and K through Davinci Labs 20,000 IUs of D (2 capsules) since that’s a very common deficiency in people with Hashi’s, and there’s thyroid supplement protocols they had me on, as well once I was showing signs of decreasing my need for my medication (e.g. severe anxiety and panic attacks 30 minutes after taking my medication).
@@anamoreno2303 THYROID MEDICATION REDUCTION SCHEDULE: This can be used through your doctor’s guidance Every six weeks through the protocol, reevaluate how well the patient is doing. If you see any sign of hypothyroidism, slow or halt the process. This process can be done more gently by only reducing one’s dose by 5mcg rather than 25mcg. Example: If one is on 75mcg T4, and the labs and symptoms have improved: Week 1-6: • The patient alternates taking 50mcg one day and 75mcg T4 the following day. Week 6-12: • The patient takes 50mcg. Week 12-18: • The patient alternates taking 25mcg one day and 50mcg T4 the following day. Continue alternating for two weeks. Week 18-24: • The patient takes 25mcg. Repeat this pattern until the patient is off the medicine.
Once you front dose with selenium for two weeks, you can start taking the Iodoral (oral iodine). I also applied Lugols iodine to my inner arm daily - especially if I was in pools, etc. it’s a natural detoxifier so if it’s too hard on you just back off it.
Cheers from 2024 😄. I eat 2oz daily (frozen/very lightly thawed) raw beef liver at my waking meal. I also mix ground beef heart and ground kidney into my daily ground beef.
I stopped using metal pots and cutlery as much as possible. I'm already mercury and lead toxic. Don't want to add even more metals from iron or other metal pans.
