One guy who worked with me in meat his first day by himself he was standing around doing nothing, I come in the next day and he’s like I’m ready to work and he told me, a complete difference from the day before, I kept him busy and he was overwhelmed by my leadership. In the end he got fired for being late and absent too many times, I got fired for making them look bad and standing up for myself. Clown leadership in that store.
I remember my first few months I was working putting stuff out and all. Other managers Haitian and Jamaican managers would tell my manager I was working slow and looked like I was lost and I was like no. Then he worked with us I told him, they’re jealous, I speak English and I’m able to helped the customers, they’re jealous of you. Most those managers are gone. The new ones see how long they last and I will avoid going into that store whenever I can.

It's a little different my guy but they to keep on going it's only 7 days just keep on doing it Tik Tok they are going past 10 days don't give up on it I'm sure it's doing good for you .
So comparing stock for stock, the frs makes 205nm with near-peak torque from 3k vs the dc5 that makes 194nm at 6.2k rpm 😂 the frs is more heavily modded and prolly makes 220nm while the dc5 definitely makes less than 200nm. So even tho there's a difference of 40kg in the cars, the frs is still gonna be faster off the line. Throw the same mods on the dc5 and it might be different especially if the dc5 pulls in the rolling start from a lower gear (since the redline is higher) and keeps in the vtec powerband when upshifting
