Have and it still runs a rare 0s suzuki ts 90 s import I ay possibly sell it for a decent amount or swap it for another 2 or 4 stroke honda l 125 or suzuki ts 125 duster 2 stroke my bike is also from michigan
Correct! I found it really only needs to be a little over snug. In this video I think it hadn’t been done in a while so it was also head bonded as well.
@@gabrieltower5951 my oil filter cover came right off ,,I watch another guys video and he said to not over tighten the screws ,I think that is why it took you 45 minutes to get it off
I just picked one of these up from a buddy. The only issue is it needs a motor (came without the engine). I'm completely new to motorcycles and cannot find one complete. I have loads of questions if anyone would be kind enough to answer them!
I want one of these!! my first bike was a TS100, I was 14yrs old, it changed my life forever. All the old bikes here in the UK have gone to the rust worm so I need to find a nice clean US bike.
Oil pumps are the worst. In my opinion. It takes 2 seconds to mix oil. U know what else take 2 seconds? Ur bike seizing up from the oil pump failing while ur on a ride
It's important to keep the oil pump hooked up on these old rotary valve 2 stroke bikes because there is also an oil feed line that sprays oil directly on the main bearings. Per the Suzuki service manual you can block off the line going to the carb and run 20:1 mix if you want.
