There are a lot of troubling sites on this video that tell a sad story of Bangkok and why it will never be in the league with modern and up to date infrastructure of other major cities of the world. Beautiful Architectural buildings built against the extreme poverty of Bangkok. From one extreme to the other. I suspect there are many cities like this in Southeast Asia, except Singapore (maybe). There is a difference between poverty and old world charm. These government's must have other interests. It is no different in my country where both governments have their own agenda and neither are really for the people. SAD!
