I would never buy a Trueform again. Terrible customer service. Console failed in the first year. Took months to get a new one sent (send an email on Monday they respond on Wednesday, reply within five minutes to that email, they respond the following Monday). Second console failed in four months. sent multiple emails not response. Tried calling, got a automated answer that just hung up on me. Finally used their "chat" function on their website. Company emailed me a couple times then stopped responding. Go with any company but Trueform. One would expect excellence due to cost but to be the case.
Hello, I want to congratulate you! I found your content very interesting. I am an avid runner on TrueForm Treadmills, and I really enjoy the feeling of running there. I'm seeking some advice on shoes. I recently recovered from plantar fasciitis, probably due to overloading and poor technique. I have corrected those issues and resumed running. Now, I plan to run long distances on the TrueForm. Although I've discovered that zero-drop shoes are not the best fit for me, I would like to inquire about your experience with long-distance running and the type of shoes you recommend. Thank you very much; any help is appreciated.
Yes! The trueform is great for long distance runs as you can control your pace just as you would outdoors. We’ve had people run full marathon on a trueform!
@@henrikbrmer6318 Yes you can train for a marathon on our treadmills! With our shallow curve and low impact design your body will feel great running long distance
Your body is trying to signal something to you. Could be tight muscles and tension in the upper back/neck area or a larger issue. Too many variables to diagnose over the internet. If its something that bothers you I'd see a PT
This would be news to us! Most if not all of our reviews across the internet are about how quiet and smooth the TrueForm models are. I will say the Trainer model, which is light commercial grade, has a slightly "louder" sound than our commercial-grade Runner Model.
I felt like I was going to learn something amazing; no doubt Dr MC knows his stuff. But we didn't learn what the tests told us. I would love this video with the interpretation and maybe the recommendation.
I enjoyed your work. I have been trying to research for vid similar to yours that explains the topics in this RU-vid vid! 👩⚕️ 👩⚕️Your tip actually is like the videos of this educational Dr. Ethan. Doctor Ethan's tips are for sure educational and I really learned a lot for my school. Go check out his YT out and give the health enthusiast a subscribe! ➡️ #DrEthanOnRU-vid
@@EddieFromBLuSouL Not interchangeable in the way that they could be swapped out on the fly. We do have a few customers who purchase multiple belts for unique reasons, but a swap takes the average person around 30+ minutes to complete
@@TRUEFORMRunning that’s great!!! I don’t mind a 30 min job as long as the possibility exists as I am very interested in the turf and the track surfaces. I thought it meant I would have to purchase a 2nd machine.
Landing on your heel is the proper walking technique outdoors? Love the idea of the trueform runner, but if you tried this walking technique outside on a hard surface, your body would not put up with landing on your heal like that.
I'd agree with you that the verbiage should be more clear. When walking your foot will land closer to your heel rather than mid-forefoot, but the takeaway should be roll your foot from the heel to toe-off rather than focusing on a heel strike.
This is indeed interesting because when you do this (practice) you are actually executing neurological training to the upper torso of the body which registers ("absorbed") faster in the neuroskeletal system than if you were running at the same time. Later, (gradually) you might practice sessions both sitting and arm movement, combined with actual running (50 yards or so) and arm swing. Very good video.
