if the heart shaped record is so cool and weird then so is that limited edition one the band HIM released of their single, buried alive by love, in the shape of their logo (the heartagram!!!!) last year :) its like the heart shaped one but with more corners!
Put the new ear pad on a flat surface with the lip up. Place the headphone ear cup over it lining it up, push down with one hand and then start pulling the lip over into the groove with the other. This will help prevent the pad from coming off as you move along. Once you are over halfway you can usually lift up and continue the process. I learned this after many failed attempts and nearly destroying the new pad in anger. Takes less than 10 seconds.
nice how about the tunes not so nice we have to go into the vaults and get the masters send them to Japan or who can do the job no need turntable for junk just waste basket will do
I could never stomach store bought type 1 tapes. By the late 80s, I was only ever recording from either vinyl or cd straight to type iv with Dolby c azimuth adjusted, etc. Portable could sound great if you picked high end units like Aiwa's more expensive HS-PX series. I had the HS-PX900 (also goes by 303 and 30) with Dolby C. With everything adjusted JUST right a CD recorded onto a type iv cassette and played by in the PX900 sounded *nearly* as good as cds played back in my D10 and D35.
I have that exact same heart shaped record except its Bobby Caldwells “What you wont do for love”! And its signed! Probably my favorite record in my collection!
British rapper Ty released a limited edition red heart-shaped vinyl version of his album A Work Of Heart as a nod to Yarborough and Peoples. Sadly Ty passed away in 2020.
I saw one in this deceased man’s garage. It was a pornographic record. How does that work? You listen to them do the horizontal dance that’s just weird.
Anyone remember that CD of one of the old Donkey Kong games and the games soundtrack was put on a disc in the shape of Diddy Kong’s face? It was also unplayable
Discovered them the just a couple of days ago. Bough both albums on vinyl in an instant. Did the same with Pure Reason Revolution’s latest release. Might be the album of the year for me.
Hey music fans, I want to recommend 2 vinyl releases to you. Medieval Death LP and free DVD and the Mordicus “Rights ‘n Trials” LP. If you want to know more Google [Medieval Death LP and free DVD + Mordicus “Rights ‘n Trials” LP], then check audio, videos etc. \m/
I had a prototype mini-CD-ROM drive for my PowerBook 5300CE. The module bay was too small for a full-size drive, so Apple considered mini-CDs. But it was obviously a stupid idea and they dropped it.
