I booked with a company called Fototouren Berlin. You can’t go in on your own, it’s a closed ground that is being patrolled. Nice extra with booking a tour is that all areas are lighted up.
You don't want to go ro Russia now because you don't want to put any money in the economy that don't mean that there are no nice people there or it's not a good travel destination but it's definitely the wrong time for it. Even Russians should refren from visiting family and such until the war is over that is how serious it is
