Its depend on practice and in India even after strict actions by government in some areas girls are not being educated properly in contrast to boys. For me, religion is my identity, it's if not? Then my name itself shows my religion, that's my identity isliye anyone can guess my religion by my name. Religion is not something, that Is only followed in personal life and not professional life. Degrading religion that oh u don't have a place in my professional area. That's Degrading to religion. My values,morals or right and wrong, good and prohibited, the way I should live in society peacefully, in harmony, standing for justice even if u have to stand against yourself, doing justice with different religion people even if my religion person is wrong. I say he is wrong. I don't do bais decision. I can't separate God's teaching in 2 parts. Professional not allowed . Personal allowed for my convenience. As I said it's my identity. I can't hide my identity in professional area and show in closed room in my home. Identity is Same be u poor,rich, in America or in any rural area. For me god is the one who made me, gives me breath to breathe daily, live daily, then how can I separate these 2? That was a shallow answer. It means u don't read analyze your religion enough to think that it's teaching will support u even in professional zone, it's teaching will make u even Pl better in professional zone, it's teaching will make u make better justice among 2 people as u being civil servant. That's why u separated these 2.
That's shallow way to seeing things, professional life and personal life are surely different but the human is one who is dealing with these 2 life's. And mind and heart is one.
