I am not the person who the texture pack so I don’t really know the actual problem. Maybe you can find the problem in the texture pack download page. But the common problem are you don’t have Optifine.
If there are space in the sword name try use _ .also you should able to see the name of the weapon after typing few words. You can left click the fill the rest.
Very cool addon. Someday, I would like you to make addons for bedrock edition. I know that it has less commands than java edition, but I think you can do it.
