My tips are to get rid of any added sugar to food or drink, like in tea/ coffee and on cereal. When I went to the gym I started with the bike on a slow cule to warm up, then faster on the cross trainer and then really went for it on the rowing machine and a small amount of weights at the end of a session to warm down. Can't run , so the that was the beat combination for me and I lost a good amount of weight. Also cut out desserts with dinner and moved it to a supper time when I would have binged on biscuits! Im gutted! I decided to lose a few pounds - the same time as I i was ordering from Vinted.... Now a few of the things I've ordered are too big 😢 I'm going out on Saturday night and I'm going to have to pin the bloody shoulders of my new dress to my bra! 😂 When i weigh myself, I'm trimming my eyebrows and nails, lol! Can i just say you don’t look your weight i thought you were around 10 stone? Well done on your loss so far - what works for me is 16 hour fasting and calories of no more than 1600 per day - I was over 17 3 lbs and have gone down to 15 2lbs want to hit 13 stone - I am 5’7” - good luck Faye you will get there 👍
Hi Faye stop thinking about what you want to lose just enjoy exercising and that will be a surprise when you look at the scales. Things come to us when we least expect it. You’re amazing and have got me through some really bad times .with your humour.
