Planner: www.lastepochtools.com/planner/ow1pVy5Q in video I show the gear for rushing & flying through the maps. this planner has the "balanced" setup.
@@ricardoferreira1946 as I said in chat, havent tested it yet, on paper I didnt see it scaling very high, we need to dodge to gain the dusk shroud , against pack of enemies it could be OP, against bosses hard to tell, because essencially more than dodging the boss atack with the dodge chance, we always try to avoid being hit. Anyway somethings surprise us when we put it in the battle, so Its worth the try. too bad its base implicit is bad and its 87 legendary potential, so only 1LP or 2LP if very lucky. Thanks for the tip
To tell the truth I always forget to put it in action bar. But it should be the optimized way to play. Another thing is that against bosses we are pressing so many buttons already and decoy is another different one, and its cooldown being so long it wont be that much help, but better than nothing.
Yeah works like a charm. This bug description is really strange, to tell the truth I didn't notice anything. The nodes that increase mana cost in explosive trap are "clustered explosive" that can increase mana cost +8 or +16 and "automated bombardment" that increase +11 mana cost. And all they were taken and we can still spam the skill and manage mana. There is nothing about +3 mana cost.
Haven't killed all the harbingers yet, so I can't test. But pretty sure it's easy. We are doing over 1500 corruption, we can kill anything. Aberroth is the hardest boss in game but in fact the hardest content in game is scalling corruption. Bosses over 1.000 corruption become the hardest content ( Orobyss, emperor of corpses and heorot and the new harbingers)
Hi there ! Sorry if it is stupid question (im very new to this game) but if this build doesn't use special bladedancer skill, does it matter which spec-class i will pick for Rogue ?
You can play with any rogue class, although for marksman I think it will be tricky to built around it. There are some things in each passive mastery tree that will make things a bit different for each class. With Bladedancer we have more access to crit multiplier and the reduced damage taken in low life With falconer with have more defenses, can get more glancing blow chance. I'm doing another version of acid flask, now using fire damage and shield, with falconer.
@@eliel77 I see, thank You very much for Your response ! Btw You doing great work, i hope one day ill have that much understanding of stats-theory that ill make my own end-game builds ^^
Hey, i'm curious why dont you use julra ring or ring of the third eye, since your build is crit based. Also, the boots give you nice freeze multi since you're always low life, but it doest scale anything with it, right?
@@luccabertoldi7171 those julra rings are more for spell builds. They can be great for mages. Maybe could be useful to triple my throwing affix damage but only for a short time. They hardly come with 2LP and there are better options with more useful stats (HP, cold resistance and others). The boots are core to the low life build, without it our ward will be too low
@@kimdaivd3228 if playing CoF you will drop them with prophecies. unfortunately it will be hard without T7, but it all depends how far do you wanna push. With T6 you will attack less , will have to wait mana recover sometimes, and depending of the corruption you will take longer to kill mobs and bosses and can be deadly. You can also have some other strategies to mitigate the mana loss, maybe the experimental affix to gain mana on potion use, maybe lot of mana Regen (but this take space of prefixes in gear and you will take space of a damage affix everytime you put a mana Regen prefix in gear).
Hey essentially you will need the unique vial of volatile ice to convert acid flask to cold damage . And the build is also mana hungry, without 2 rings with exalted tier 7 -5 throwing attack mana cost you will always be out of mana in a phew attacks. Also if going low life (ward) you will need exsanguinous body armor and boot last steps of the living and gloves frostbite shackles and lot of cold resistance, so it's a build that requires lot of investment. Until you can farm these, you can play any generic throwing skills, umbral blade works well. I just showcase endgame builds, and I don't do guides, but you can find plenty of Farming & leveling guides in Maxroll or last epoch tools
@@eliel77 wow. i played acid flask last season. it looked strong mechnical speaking so when they buffed it this season, i knew someone would make a build with it. 1500 corruption. very nice.
@@dodang_9147 This exactly build was already super strong last patch 1.0. It only needed flat throwing damage as much as possible and crit multiplier and cold resistance that gave us ward and also tons of cold penetration. Damage was not so a problem, and as it's defenses were nerfed 1.1 I think it was stronger before. The changes in acid flask this patch doesn't mean very much to this exactly build.
How is it this build looking as of 1.1? Thinking of using it as starter, or do you have any other recommendations for blade cancer aside from shadow daggers?
@@MrUuuuu123 it's doing great Defenses got a huge nerf, now I have ~6k ward, but still viable to do around 1200-1500 corruption Main problem is hard bosses. Still testing it against mono bosses, against Orobyss and the new boss that spam after we kill mono boss I was recording a video today, but work time arrived and I'll upload it tomorrow.
@@MrUuuuu123 I'm not the best person to ask about initial phases of the game, I only play legacy. But I think this build does good at leveling too. You can always run generic throwing build with umbral blade and then switch
@@eliel77 I see ok thank you for you help. It’s nice seeing your high corruption vids. I usually refer to them once I hit emp monos for that class! Looking forward to many other diff classes
Hard to tell, because ward is getting modified, probably some ways of getting ward will be nerfed. Also lot of skills and damage will be nerfed, but since we are Bladedancer using acid flask (and not falconer) maybe we can survive the Hammer nerf 🤓
Brto, awesome build as always. I came back to it after experiment some others and I have few questions: - I tried the poison resist shred(contamination), but it isn't converted to cold. So, maybe it's the same with "knowledge of Immunity"? If yes, I thought on putting points into more armor shred chance(since it rose my dmg by A LOT or "Firebomb Cocktail" for more damage. - I found a 4 lp Drought's Release and made Crit Mult t7, Cold dmg t5, cold pen t5 and armor shred t5 and dmg looks amazing. As soon as I found a good -5 ring, I'll slam my other heirloom lp3. My question is, I made mana regen on my first lp3(-5, mana regen, health and cold resist, health didn't slam). I made a mistake? Should it be cold damage or throw damage instead of mana regen? ATM I have 18 mana regen.
About conversion and acid flask. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9RGNfme8XeQ.htmlsi=d5ZCgk1n3xf8tOOL This person tested it a lot, knowledge of immunity works fine, but contamination doesn't work. I think it should be converted too but don't know if devs will change (fix) it. With +1 or +3 points to acid flask I put only one point in armor shred. I think it provides enough shred, but I didn't extensively tested it. With +3 I generally complete +4 in corrosive (+40% damage). All more damage are very good and much better than increased damage. But it's a good test to change for firebomb cocktail and see the results. Although I think it's hard to measure and a bit subjective, there are so many flat damage sources, so many damage modifiers I think the final result with both will be similar.
@@eliel77 I did test the firebomb. Didn't do more dmg. I think "knowledge of immunity" is bugged, since it goes SO MUCH more damage, since I just have 78% poison resist. Or maybe it also converts to cold, and goes cold resist and we have a lot because of our gloves.
I think your weapon is perfect, all the 4 affixes I would choose too with T7 crit mult. You need +3 or +4 or +5 attunement if you are using the relic and volatile ice. It's huge increased cold damage. And I generally put it in rings. So the first one ring go in order of importance 1- T7 throwing and - mana cost 2 - attunement 3- cold resistance (gives ward and increase damage, more penetration) 4 - HP 5- mana regen 6 - increased cold damage 7- throwing attack speed Or something you are missing (for ex critical strike avoidance)
Throwing attack speed can be tricky, it's interesting as an affix to ring but you have some good other sources to get attack speed (mainly passives) and in hard bosses you generally run out of mana if attacking non stop. It's always a balance of mana Regen and attack speed. Unless you get experimental affix to gain mana in belts (I didn't find a good one yet), my experience shows that increasing mana Regen a lot does not help much to sustain the mana, in this particular build. You need something that regain mana massively (low life shift + experimental affix). So I just go to +11 or +12 mana Regen. If you have +18 I think you sacrificed some important affixes that could give you more damage or more survivability.
Im no longer playing the umbral blades version, I switched to Dancing Strikes, its much better. This one was use sync strike, and spam umbral blades do do the damage. Net to help survavibility anytime possible, and shift as usual. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N6F3gTMiOBA.html more hp, more damage, currently doing 800 corruption with it, going to 1k
hello. with my gameplay you can go with throwing attack speed second prefix, and HP + cold resistance suffixes. Anything will improve the build. If you hit the cold R or HP I think it would be better, since we have good damage already. But speed is also nice, increases your dps and faster boss kill. You can go second options too, if your build needs it. Maybe mana regen for the second prefix in one of the rings, or maybe 30% or higher crit avoidance for suffix. If you hit crit avoidance you can get flat HP or cold resistance on helmet. If I change my mana regen ring I think I need at least one mana regen suffix somewhere else. Im trying to go around 12 mana regen with this build (obvious choice would be belt prefix)
@@ricardoferreira1946Yep Forgot the attunement detail. You can get attunement on relic too, but it's harder to drop since it needs to be normal relic and not rogue relic. You're one lucky bastard 😅 I'm farming tons of rings and I can't find one 3LP one, my dream right now.
planner: www.lastepochtools.com/planner/Qngz4aLB after recording the video I found this t7 bleed chance sword in my stash, and I forgot that I can duplicate it, so consider 2x the sword in my planner, what will be a nice update to the damage.
I have plans to come back to my runemaster (lightning sparks or something with frost claw) And starting from scratch a spellblade (flame reave based maybe) or a bleed falconer. But not on cycle, playing just legacy.
@@lijack0819 yep it's an interesting option for damage and I haven't fully tested it yet. When in higher corruption I can figure out it better if it's worth giving up 2 HP + cold resist idols
😃 still trying to figure out the damage. I haven't got it in the best way yet. Later on the Ucenui Sphere will help a lot but there is something I'm missing even without it to increase my boss fight / killing . Currently with ~420% CRIT multiplier, ~400% inc cold damage and around 99 flat throwing damage.
@@eliel77 so the whole point of this build is convert acid flask into cold and using the Knowledge of Immunity from acid flask skill tree to get huge cold penetration from stacking cold resist(i know it doesn't say but it works)and same time we getting ward retention from cold resist as well. i know there is a dual crit version from others without taking this node, but i think this is the right way to build it. right now i have no interest in any pushing corruption with this build or falconer or warlock....because the game is a big mess.i will be uploading one more vid for this build also a planner for the fire version(more tanky)and im done.
@@lijack0819 yeah, game got messed up a lot this first cycle. I'll just play and min/max my existing builds now because I really like doing so. Can't wait for the fire version, awesome 😎. About the conversion, today I'm going to test those nodes I didn't take yet in acid flask, early on there was some doubts if they work or not, if everything would convert to cold, I imagined that if you have took those nodes might be a good reason. Thanks for the heads up. Still doing some tests, I changed cold resist blessing for cold shred (got a juicy 49%) but I might come back to cold resistance if we are stacking cold pen.
Planner: www.lastepochtools.com/planner/BM2jwL3o before anyone ask, why Bladedancer and not falconer ? Because BD is cool 😅 . We need to give some love to him.
Both are great and play in similar ways. For a first time I would recommend the Lightning bug, if you are really invested in the class and want to min/max one of them you can go with the frost bug, it offers better damage but demands more gear and it's harder to build defense in him.
Yeah, I mean when you just analyze efficiency and indicators might be ... But sometimes when we go this route fun can be easily replaced by obligation, you just run monos seeking the optimal way to rush and get gear. I'm not really into it, sometimes I just wanna do random things and see how far I can go. And to be fair damage is lacking but we were heavily spoiled by overturned builds this lastest patch.
I remember when swarmblade was god tier. Now it’s hard to watch. Having to melee something 15 dozen times to get a tornado that last several seconds is painful
😅 I'm going for the det Arrow dual jelkors build. It's a blast. But I'm also Respecing my bleed Bladedancer to try your build with volatile going the cold critical version 😊
I dont think its about fixing, its not bugged, its about balancing... Its a crazy and powerfull interaction they didnt antecipated. But I dont think they will mess around too much concerning damage. Its OP yes, many many damage stacked. But whats not OP in the current state of the game ? Dive Bomb is also a shit ton of stacked damage. Im avoiding falconer this cycle. My guilty pleasure will be this marskman. 😅 Runemaster is still OP, warlock is crazy damage, and I dont think they can balance everything for the next cycle.
Sorry not possible. I'm a hoarder, and the best loot filters are the personal ones. I'm always looking for possible upgrades for my other chars. Thus the reason I don't have specific filter for the builds in my videos
This is a great build. I reached 320 wave in arena with a very similar build but now i made some changes based on your build hoping to get further up. I'm farming Titan Heart body armor for arena these days, hoping to get some LP with it.
Hello, thanks for this video guide. I have a question. Since we don't actually getting any storm stacks, how come you using this idol with less frequency of expending storm stacks? Is it because of the +spell damage of storm bolts?
Frost bug has more potential to damage, it really shines against Bosses. But light bug has an easier way to build up and has more survability, IMO it's tankier, although you can scale some ward with frost bug and it might be equivalent I. Defenses, I never really tried hard going ward. Both are great and can achieve similar content
Really nice build! A druid in lvl +1000 corrupt it s amazing. I don't understand where is the bug? I play on steam deck, so idk if I can make bug like you.
The bug is a popular name for the swarmblade form, it's a druid skill. You transform into another form and gain new abilities. Some of the abilities scale from the other skill trees. I guess it will work just as in desktop
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IYrtZTiPJNw.htmlsi=5gEKusHaNL7elFUd Sorry I don't use any specific filters. Because Im always looking for itens for other builds. I Strong suggest use this or heavy's loot filter in official forum. Once you learn the basics you can manage to adjust it to your own playstyle.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tnn4SBHZqlE.htmlsi=-5linNI6u1cdsVBo Binas has a more beginner approach and also has a loot filter. I just enjoy min/max and sharing the results of cool builds.
current planner: www.lastepochtools.com/planner/oYEJRGDo 500c is being quite gentle. I am almost sure I can go up to 700-800c if I have the time. Dont rely on freezing boss too much because at 500c you cant perma freeze them, even if using oceareon and having around 3500 freeze rate multiplier (which requires a huge investment). I did lots of tests with my setup and lots of diferente freeze rate.
Yeah, we have lots of increased melee attack speed, generating additional tornadoes. Also the spells have additional mechanics and great sinergies that generate lots of hits. And we have lots of conversions (shock of storm bolts converted to frost, all sources of poison converted to frost , and bleed to frost in serpent strike melee attacks.) And the natural frostbite chance.
Final note about Oceareon - Its a rare drop to get with LP, and if you miss the damage affixes, my take is that an exalted ring will give you more damage and also make defenses better. But the thing is that without Oceareon I fail to freeze some bosses, even with 3.300 % freeze Rate multiplier. While you dont get a 1 or 2LP oceareon with good damage affixes its perfectly fine to use exalted rings. But in Higher corruption you will miss it to make your boss fights easier. BiS would be and Oceareon with T7 increased elemental damage over time or T7 Atunement.
