It should have been released in MH2. It arrives a little bit late (after 3 years of getting dunked on by evoke elementals) but I'm so glad it's finally here.
Will it be good? Sure, a Lightning Helix on a recursive 6/6 isn't half bad, but is far from busted. It'll be busted in limited tho, unstoppable bomb in draft and sealed, but very limited in constructed
@@imbasloth3727 after what grief did to modern I have a few tricks up my sleeve that I’ve been working on…. With goldvein, it boils down to how do they want to lose? I have a deck list with more than just one win condition so as grief rips apart my hand they quickly have some choices to make and in the end it doesn’t matter because all they are doing is getting a glimpse of what is about to befall them and they will realize it doesn’t matter what they rip out of my hand…it’s just a matter of time and honestly it’s just as fast and brutal and primeval or tron…. But it’s not and it includes some off beat cards such as creepy puppeteer and champion of Lambholt. You wanna die turn 3 to a 100/100 vigilance trample haste goldvein or lose by turn 4 and by unblockable damage? Or do you want to lose by wasting your resources on my purpose misdirection? Goldvein can be a win condition or bait… either way I win! Green has more potential than power… misdirection is all in perspective…
The other problem with this Jace is it does not protect itself. So unless you have some sort of blocker or counter he wont stick around long enough to do much.
Leyline Binding is a trap for Zoo decks. Because it’s a 4 mana “do nothing” outside of the opening hand and the deck is already built around aggressively getting domain. Plus, without Leyline Scion is just a 4/4 flyer that doesn’t really do anything for your other creatures.
this card is insane you can discard with faithless looting than play wrenn in six the next turn and attack with it and than u get to use your wrenn and six twice
Love the hydra love lol. I found a really cool tech nobody has been talking about, having mirage mirror becoming a copy of engine of ruin will sacrifice itself and get you 4 tokens, it’s so cool lol.
I feel like there is a deck that is just surfacing and I happen to play on mtga that could switch to Chandra in the next set. I am currently playing u/r mindsplicer combo which you win with either galvanic iteration and explosive singularity or light up the night. Once I realized if you untap with Chandra and don’t play a land you could be able to Chandra for mana giving you 8 mana and with little effort that alone would be a x is 7 light up the night for 14, it might be worth testing though the main thing that hurts it in my shell is the fact my sweepers also damage planeswalkers. 10 mana may seem like a lot of mana without the help of mindsplicer but with Chandra giving 2 mana a simple explosive singularity is 20 dmg with the copy.
