but he just hit GoD, i did noticed his gameplay is just simple but it works. If you need electric and wavu to reach GoD, then every Mishima player is on GoD level Those Kazuya/reina that im fighting in battle ruler waving like crazy and yet still on battle ruler.
Well that’s interesting, I’m a tekken god devil jin and of course I worked on my exe for hours but which is interesting is how Mirror’s gameplay is simple and effective. It’s ranked , Ft2 don’t forget it , so using flowcharts is legit , which is bad is when someone don’t know to addapt, tekken ranking is always about knowledge Check. Even if he has not a real mishima’s execution he has stong fundamentals, his defense is clean and he is not mashing, very calm and focus, every devil jin has his own style so i’m happy for him. Hope I could hit supreme and GoD soon too ! GG
Yeah this is just flowchart shenanigans, this is what you see in Red-Blue ranks on EU servers. You’d expect optimal punishes on TGS and this just ain’t it.
Honestly even in blue ranks you'll fight a lot of people with an attack of 80+ and defence of like 50, all they do is mash flow charts and hope for the best. I pray they start dropping off closer to gold
Really solid gameplay, few things I noticed! Using 4,4 in neutral like that is suuuper risky, esp at these ranks. Lots of legacy players will know that you can be jabbed and floated before the second 4 connects. Checking people with 1,2 is fine, but I wouldn’t rely on that too much - it gets you into trouble more often than not bc you’re kinda just throwing it out there to poke. Just a habit to break. Utilizing your 1 jab more is better to boot, much faster and effective. Knowledge check folks with b 4,2,1 more! You’d be surprised at how few actually know how to respond to it. You can transition straight into sneak after the first two hits, meaning you’re able to get away with a lot. A frame trap that’s highly effective is immediately following up with 1,2,2 after the string is blocked - leads to a heat dash on counterhit where you can enforce nasty mixups. Something else to consider is conditioning your opponents while you’re plus from a wr2 with command grabs. They’ll start to duck eventually, which lets you get away with an easy df2. Finally, save rage for when you have a read on your opponent mashing or to end combos instead of the ‘ol guess and check. Blue ranks are a fun journey, good luck! Your drag is great.
