The thing is .. it is the most accurate 4.5 mm airgun i have ever tried. And believe me i have tried sooo many ... well made. Amazing airgun .. i am wondering why it is not as famous as some other airguns that are less in preformas ..
I bought the same one a year ago very happy with the scope but i can see the holes in the target up to 130 meters especially if not sunny so its not really for long range target shooting.. The phone mount is also difficult to mount and very time consuming compared to the other after market phone mounts where you can just slide and tighten here you need at least 20 minutes just to align the phone on the stand and then screw the phone mount to the scope adapter with 4 super tiny screws caouse you dont want to take the whole scope off the rifle just to screw that adapter and then zero center the scope again. Check brand ohhunt it have better glass and price ffps.
Indeed, even though i have not tried it for such a long range it feels like the optical quality on f.ex Swarovski or Zeiss would be much better. But for the money, this for me was a good purchase.
wow, this video collected a lot of views and some comments that I need to answer! Here we go! Yes, I hope it helps you deal with Nikon scopes and rifle scopes and shows you how to tear them down =)
@@airgunRU-vid hey sorry for the late reply didn't realise you sent me a message.but anyhow I shoot at 50 yards and it's insane for accuracy hope this helps take care 👍
@@havenmaine143 no worries! And thanks that you got back anyways!! 50 yards is about 46 meters so it’s a quite long distance! Do you have any pellet preferences for such distance? I’m waiting for the Swedish snow to melt a bit here and to get back to the range :) Have new gear waiting for the season to start up
@@airgunRU-vid i only use AA diabolo 8.4g mine doesn't like job 8.4g or 10.5g with the diabolo my groups are pellet on pellet.i hope you are well to over there buddy
Thanks for subscribing and appreciating the work! Regarding the real-life application, I was already doing a couple of the bench rest series and the results were above my expectations. I think, it's mostly the air rifle that I gives the results but the scope performed really well in the Swedish dark afternoon, and I could see a lot. I must admit that I came to the point where I was still able to see the target nicely with my swarovski 8X32 bino but not so sharp in the Discovery any more, but the price gap between those devices is more than 10 000 sek (1000 usd) so i think , for the money, the scope performed really well. And I also have not the best in the world eyes so , I was very happy overall. Hope this helps @Abdullah Alkhelaifi
That is correct. The manufacturing is done in Ukraine. They share some of the same processes as world top manufactures , for example Swedish FX. Some parts that they use come from different countries. Like WIKA gages, Lothar Walther barrels. Those are made in Germany and used by major top manufacturers
So the version that you get by default will comply to your country laws and will never exceed the allowed energy. If you would like to tune it, people have following results: Raptor mini can go up to 30J and raptor long can go all the way up to 54J and some experimental results with 62J with the appropriate pellets/ slugs
@@airgunRU-vid Thank you . But I have a question, do you think that PCP air rifles have become popular in Europe, especially in Sweden , Norway and Finland, because I think that Europe is one of the countries that has the most illogical laws for air rifles.
@@user-yz6vz9pz2u That’s a good one! But you are of course right, there are a lot of laws that are a bit restricting and perhaps not logical if you take the entire Europe. For the Sweden I can say that it’s on the more liberal side regarding the airguns. Maybe not so liberal like UK, as the power allowed there, without a hunting license is higher than in Sweden. But it’s ok. It’s relatively simple to get a license here and there are a lot of hunters and clubs all around Sweden, so it’s quite popular here. Which country are you from and what are the regulations there ?
yes. with this rifle you can repair pretty much anything with the commonly available tools. That's why this air gun could be great also for survivors / preppers
That's fine. People should have freedom to express their thoughts, but i agree, if one dislikes something, a feedback is the best thing to offer, otherwise it's a non - constructive behaviour. Especially for the channel that just starts it's journey
Well, this is the first part of the journey. One of the two manual ways, and manually it's easy and fastest. But the second part will be about the 3d printed part that can do a semi-auto loading with a lesser probability for the error.
