You asked good questions, FOX News. You didn't present honest answers. I see more YT videos from FL realtors admitting truthfully people are leaving FL for one or more of these reasons: 1) homeowner insurance dropped or renewal rates skyrocketed in addition to some carriers no longer doing business in FL due to hurricane/storm losses; 2) Affordability/priced out of reach; 3) Too many people/traffic; 4) Frequent flooding in areas that never used to flood (hello Miami); 5) Condo fees going up more than double or triple; and 6) people tired of the politics. I visit FL several times a year. I have family/friends who moved there. They want out.
