We recently installed this in our new build. This week we have had our first cold temperatures and this morning the handles would not budge to turn on. Can you help? Note: we always remove our hoses.

Check valve stayed in the pipe and the stem just spins around in the hole. Could you suggest a tool to pull it out? I'm leaning towards long needle nosed pliars or a long hemostat. Since this bib is sweated on, I'd really rather not have to have a plumber come out and replace the bib for the 3rd time in 3 years.
Does the teaspoon of water going back into the potable supply count as back-flow? What if that device fails during normal use and subjects the home to back-flow?
I inspected my parts on my plastic model 25 and everything looks good but it leaks water all over the house constantly when the water is on. Even when I’m using it under pressure, i think it should be checking but I’m not sure. Can you make a video or illustration showing what symptoms indicate that i need to install this repair kit
