so you had to switch 3 and 5 as well as 1 and 4? currently been going back and forth with 034 for a while now trying to figure this out. my adaptation keeps failing on 034 and VCDS. "safety reasons"
I would agree with you 034 Motorsport in stuff it better tune a specialized in the Audis so it's a very good tune matter what you do one two or State Street cars fast as it is I said I actually an Audi technician I have a 2016 Premium Plus it's it's really nice it's got all the carbon Alcatraz seats and you in the back say S4 on them it's really nice but I have my buddy Alex from sheepy racing I have my tune from him and I'm at 520 horsepower and that's just from the tune that's from not anything else launch control is good there's only so many you can do and when you're racing you're not going to be in launch control all the time APR is a good tune they put a little bit more power down then 034 Motorsport if you put Royal Purple oil in that racing Royal Purple you're going to gain more horsepower and can you keep your engine cooler it's me to keep the temperature the engine cooler very expensive it's about $130 for 7 quarts but it works cuz I run it in my S4 and I run it in my Audi R8 that's a different topic that's a different Beast
What do you have to do to pass California smog? Do you have to remove and install stock pulleys to pass or is it as simple as just putting the tune back to stock? Trying to figure out how far I can go and still be able to pass smog without having to do anymore than to change my tune back to stock. Thanks.
Which cable the negative are you hooking up to the ground, and where is the ground because I cannot see the video what you’re doing and I don’t know about cars? Why not hook them both to negative and positive why are you hooking to a ground?
The ground for these are is a bolt with the (-) sign on it it’s on the right hand side of the engine bay if your looking at where you fill your coolant up it’s directly above it infront of where you fill your ac back up
For heat exchanger u heard jackal motor sports is the best to go. There some testing that people done n boy does it do the job way better then 034. Just fyi to the people. N it’s cheaper too by a lot
need to be below 1/4 tank of gas before opening the tank, anything more and it will dump the extra out. you can drain with a suction extractor tool or a piece of fuel hose clamped around the outlet (assuming your pump still works at all) and then with a scan tool trigger the empty fuel system/tank basic setting to activate the fuel pump. the fuel pump control module is right next to the pump there as well, it's the two 5mm allen bolts there, the lock ring has to be removed to finagle the fpcm out but the pump can stay in. best is to replace the seal, make sure to fill up to about half tank after changing the pump and make sure the pump is still sealing and not dumping gas into the area.
Used this video to do mine thanks. Just curious, did you need to go back in and put a fuel cap on the return line? I forgot and pumped a bunch of fuel into my backseat at the gas station. Fuel cap on order now
