so i'am fasting as a shia muslim here in southern iraq it's around a 16 hrs fast, we're in the middle of summer, 50+ * c temp, i enjoy watching people drink, even Islam says what you said that the fasting person is happy twice, once when they break their fast & another during the eid, the end of the month of ramadan, 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸😭😭😭, we're in the tragic month of muharram day 8/9 & gaza is going through genocide with no drinking water!!! edit: as a muslim, those were fasting lips, next time also show your tongue edit #2! when you sweat it's because there was no water in your body for it to sweat! however when you broke your "fast" it was able to, that's another sign to see if someone was fasting, they basically don't sweat, also drinking cold water isn't healthy according to Islamic teachings i believe, i try to drink it cool. regarding energy, thirst also causes fatigue/weakness, i highly doubt it has anything to do with sodium
Both arms hurt, my left elbow more than my right elbow, but my right shoulder more than my left shoulder and both forearms are sore. I don't think it's anything serious, but I can't force it too much 😢
Discipline comes first, bro. I'm heading to the gym in a few hours. It's been almost a week since I started going, and I'm already feeling much happier and better. You motivated me a lot bro, keep making these videos
