I like the 4-wheel-steering and the way these cars drift around corners and into the entrance. :) This system shares the same shortfalls of every automatic system currently on the market: 1. one third of the car park is lost to the central stacking/shifting system, and 2. each entrance can only process one car at a time (while the car is being taken to a bay everything else in that entrance enclosure comes to a standstill - like taking a class of schoolchildren across the road one-at-a-time).
Interesting system, we've developed technology which replaces the car lifts with a system which allows the handling of multiple cars on the same lift simultaneously. Respond if interested.
