Thank you for debunking these diet myths! I tried them all, along with countless others. My rule of thumb is any nutrition plan I do now has to pass this... Will I still want to eat like this when I'm 80? If the answer is no, then I'm not doing it. I used to go through a pint of ice cream every.single.week. And I realized that it was a bad habit. Took me a bit to break it, but I have. Now if I want a scoop, I have it, but it's every couple of months, not every week. Now I crave fresh mango in Greek yogurt... taste buds really do change! ❤
I do all of these! I love organization...just comes naturally to me. I'm someone who has a written to-do list for my work week and an electronic one for appts and home tasks. Checking off a task is so rewarding to me. And as I've gotten older, I've really started to understand the importance of taking breaks as needed to just get a mini recharge during the day. We're all human, and we all need down time. Appreciate you and all you do for us! ❤
I’ve been getting back to her channel year after year for three exercises that myself and my beautiful gorgeous mom like to do. But what I’ve noticed her voice changed I mean in the beginning of her RU-vid years she was kind a little bit playing when the camera on And now I hear a beautiful, confident, real voice of her! Several years ago I was taking yoga and my studio invited for a special course an elderly and very famous guru to teach it. He claimed he was on a raw vegan diet, and when my teachers took him to a Mexican restaurant, he refused to eat anything (although there's raw dishes) and, kind of pompously, ordered only three oranges instead. Later, after the workshop, some of us students had brought healthy snacks and I caught the guru sneaking and hiding to eat cookies that were neither vegan, nor raw.
It was really helpful. I am in my perimenopouse right now. The itchy skin is driving me crazy. I never knew it's one of the symptoms until when I watched this video. Thanks for sharing.

Question regarding the Typology products, at what time in your routine should the sunscreen be applied? I normally apply my moisturizer, then sunscreen before my powder foundation. But if this is a tinted serum, then I probably wouldn’t want to apply the sunscreen before the serum, right? But I also don’t want the sunscreen to mess up the finish of the products by putting it on top. Thank you, your help is much appreciated!
How do you address asymmetry in features? I’ve noticed that as I’ve grown older/tired-er, has more life experiences (a fall, and stitches to one side of my face) photos will show misalignment in my eyes and smile that I don’t particularly notice as I do my makeup. What can I do to enhance the overall illusion of symmetry?
I would take some of the color off the upper lip as it it obvious it is not your lips, but going outside the lip line. It actually looks like you applied your lipstick when you were drunk. Just saying.
I am 53 and have to say I tried everything to lose my belly fat and nothing worked EXCEPT Raw Food. I started 2 months ago and feel amazing. I got my body back in 2 weeks. I am nourished and have energy, my digestion is perfect after years of struggling. In short Raw Food was the answer for me.

You are so pretty without make up! I don’t normally wear makeup and people think I’m in my late 20’s though I just turned 50. I am blessed with boricua blood. I think that’s mostly the reason. Also eating clean and like you said, hydrating.
Speaking of professional makeup artists... When my daughter was married, she paid for me to have my makeup done by the same makeup artist who was doing all of the bridesmaids and her. The problem? I don't think the woman had ever done makeup for anyone older than 30! It looked awful! I ended up going home, washing my face and doing my own makeup. I offered to reimburse my daughter, because she was mad after I told her that I washed it off (although she didn't notice I redid it, I told her after she said, "See, Mom? Don't you love having professional makeup? You look great!" LOL).
Hi Tracy🙂best tip is to drop THAT attitude; also those audible groans, etc......I call it the soundtrack of OLD (I am seventy and find myself slipping into this at times.....its not attractive 🤓)
