its is mainly dependent on your mine or thought on how you process stress as usual stress is better for others than some i use it to complete my work faster in case my boss doesn’t pay me
When it’s very hot I get shortness of breath , excessive sweating , feeling like fainting, exhaustion. I can’t exercise, go walking or do much really. I live in Queensland Australia and I don’t have air conditioning. I have heart failure.
Besides stress being the worst for us...I believe overindulgence of food, especially the yummy foods that get our dopamine going...it's like crack cocaine! We can't get enough! That and the massive portions many of us consume. It's just too much for our bodies! These have been 2 things I have had to learn to control over time since having major health issues 10 years ago.
Hundred percent spot on...this data was available via "World in Data" and "COVIDODOMETER " Cases and deaths all around the globe happened post nation Vax drive easily correlated matching Drive commencement with their graphs .
do NOT exercise after eating - leave it about 2 hours. this is because the blood supply is prioritised to the digestive system after eating and can create increased demand on the heart.
Hey thanks for the sub ! Unfortunately this all too common right now, if the vax worked you wouldn't get covid right ? also they are experimental and still in the early stages of testing - the research that is coming out is not favourable. All you can do is monitor the situation and make yourself as healthy as possible, exercise, eat well, sleep well, stay hydrated, do a breathing/meditative practice every day and be grateful for every little thing in life, stay positive - You Can Get Through This ! (we have weekly online Cardiac Rehab exercise classes on youtube - come join us!)
I had a heart attack 10 years ago at 48 years old. Got a stent. Before that I didn't smoke, rarely drank and didn't do drugs (a boring guy). I also exercised daily doing bike riding, walking, jogging and strength training. I participated in skiing, hockey, and martial arts too. I also ate a very healthy diet my whole life but I did enjoy treats on special occasions. I was a long distance runner for decades too and a bicycle commuter. So despite all my efforts, I had a 100% blockage, 2 at 40% and one artery at 60%...They stented the 100%. I now am being diagnosed with valve regurgitation and and enlarged thoracic ascending aorta...So looking back on my spartan lifestyle my whole life...I had a major heart attack. They say it was genetics and stress. So looking back I think I should have not exercised so vigorously, I should have smoked, drank, did drugs and enjoyed my life more because motherfucker, you're going to die anyways!
Hi thanks for commenting and sorry to hear about your heart problems - i don't have all the details here, but think about this - athletic people are consistently placing the cv system and others under pressure and i often see a lack of balance in their training/resting regimes. The harder you train the harder you rest to create a balance, a yin / yang effect! Diet also plays a role and i see many people misled by a low fat diet doctrine, which may actually contribute to CVD. Being overly focused on training and too serious about life to the detriment of your happiness and not partying now and again can also have an impact on heart health. Having a job that pays the bills and not living what you're passionate about in life can also have it's effects. Some of these examples may not seem at first overly related to heart health - but they are all matters of the heart... good luck with your journey and thanks for watching !
Hi, hope you are well.We both have tested positive for covid the last weekend.,and even though it has been a short time I definately miss going out.Just watched your video and know what you mean about soial activity and daily walks. Many thanks for all you info Ron
The evidence relates to younger people, (with similar data emerging from Israel in the 16-39-year-old age group). So presumably there is a different analysis for older people and those not young and healthy. We all have to make difficult decisions based on where we see the greater risks.
Yes it does - my concern is that it may be creating more heart patients ! i haven't seen anything relating to the older demographic as yet - but ill keep an eye out. Yes difficult decisions and so much misinformation to wade through...
Even though i am not a heart patient, I came across your program looking to help a family member who is. EXCELLENT!! I went through the exercise and can see how helpful this is!! Great workout for anyone . THANK YOU! I did try to donate but there is no option for new members.
many thanks sorry for very slow reply ! i will be launching a new membership programme in January 2023 with loads of great content specifically for heart patients... hope to see you there !
Hi if you are not on certain heart medication that effects the heart rate like beta blockers - then use the formula 220-age x 60-80% - so for you 102bpm - 136bpm. if you are on medication then you will need to get my free guide on "essentials of cardiac rehab" thanks
