hi, i want to ask is there any place can let you test super Nintendo for just 10 -20 min, i dont want to buy a super nintendo home... thank you very much.
I know Xbox isn't really big in Japan but I wish it could been bigger. Also, I know they do sell the best games over there. Not only that, but I hope they might sell physical copies on EA Sports College Football 25 over there next month, I wish everyone in the Land Of The Rising Sun can play this game.
If you guys live in Mexico or want to visit Mexico, there is a place in Mexico city called the "Friki Plaza" that is so similar to this location and also equally as huge
In my home country its hard to find stores that go all out like this for games. Most of the time its just a sticker of a new game or a poster. Never like this. Thanks alot genki!
Great tour. It was interesting to see Xbox section there, despite how smaller their market is in Japan. Though i'm glad they haven't given up. The Nintendo section looks incredible.
This is really cool. I miss Japan. When I was in the military, I was stationed in Okinawa for about 2 years. I never had the chance to go to the mainland and see Tokyo.
Some comments mentioning Square Enix financial situation but they fail to realize that they make alot of money from merchandise and collaborations with limited edition goods is an important part of that. Square Enix should focus on Japanese games and their ip and not western style games like Forespoken.
As much as I loved Remake and Rebirth (both masterpieces in my book), physical sales for Rebirth didn’t do well in Japan, and even Square Enix declared that the game failed to meet their sales goal expectation from a recent financial report meeting. Regardless, I can’t wait for the next installment. Thanks for the video.
@@jennahaze6835 Yeah, I agree. I’m an old skool gamer (41 years young) when compared to the current generation. I never got into FPS, PVP or mobile gaming. I like games with actual stories but I can see many gamers now don’t have the patience, attention span or brains. I’ve seen a 16 year old getting pissed off playing Mike Tyson’s Punch Out. For the life of him, he just couldn’t figure out the patterns. Again, this can show how gamers today are wired.
Thank you for sharing the FF7 Rebirth collab experience Genki. 💜🙏🏻 I was supposed to go there at that time but delayed due to unfortunate health problem. It might be taking long time for part 3 collab in Japan but I hope that maybe one day I can come for FF7 Remake part 3 collab in Japan in the future
Imho all they need to do is get these games on the next switch in Japan. Because story based switch games sell really well if marketed with the nintendo logo. And that's not to say ff7 rebirth didn't sell well. Just not as well as they wanted.
I´ve been following you for a while in Twitter, but I didn´t know you had a RU-vid channel. Anyway, thank you very much for showing us how Stellar Blade is doing in Japan. I hope we can see a DLC of Raven or Tachy asap. Greetings from Spain! ^^.
I wish they release Japanese dub dlc for global version. Also make Tachy and Raven playable! Thank you Genki for the continuous attention and updates of this awesome game!
