Sew or single crochet up to the marker. Don’t crochet the Arm holes closed.

You don't need to apologize. You did a great job. Some videos don't explain enough and you are very complete with your explanation. I am a new Granny and I now know how to put a ruffle on a onesie. I am going to try to double the length and make a skirt around the middle without cutting the onesie and then sewing it back on. You are terrific!
