I'm not a doctor so all I can do is share what I have experienced. I haven't seen any side effects personally. I can't tell you how long it should be taken because I don't know everyone's health details. And I certainly can't recommend anything, including for pregnant people
Hi chocoboasylum, you mentioned that Tyrosin helped reverse hair colour. How do you know if you are taking multi amino acid supplement. Great Videos and a new hope for others.
Nobody can tell you which vitamin is best for you because everyone's body and system is different. The best you can do is try to get a blood test done that tests your vitamin and amino acid levels. Those tend to be more than 1 test. Ask your doctor or check online
I need this! My hair is going grey the past few years and I think stress, lack of sleep and vitamin D are main factors! My hair is naturally dark brown salt and pepper so I dye my hair a reddish brown and do root touch up every 6 weeks and I deep condition and use olaplex 3 regularly. I highly recommend Clairol grey solutions color it is a direct dye with minimal damage. I agree with dying a lighter color blend grays because you can go longer between root touch ups. Also avoid heat which further dries greying hair.
Can I just say that I SOOOO appreciate you getting to the point at the beginning of the video. Most content creators leave the main point for somewhere near the end. Because of this, I watched your video ALL the way through.
I am 27 and have been getting a lot of grey hair for 5 years now. Have heard a lot about spermidine which should help with oxidized stress and stuff , have also bought bunch of vitamin b pills and Amla pills. Only have taken those a few days so not sure if it will help. But your hair journey looks so promising!
Hi! Great progress! I'm wondering if you had bleached the lighter parts of your hair? I haven't seen the whole video yet, but asking before I forget, in case you didn't say.
Hi, do you think L tyrosine alone will reverse hair colour, why not copper which everyone recommends? Also do you not get headaches with the amino acid and supplements? please advise.
I can't advise anyone. I'm just letting people know what I think. I'm also taking Copper among other things. I haven't gotten any headaches as a result of supplementation
@@chocoboasylum Thank you so much. I am a medical student and think outside the box, if you have noticed some results of reversing grey, I believe you because the science behind what you say makes sense. I used to have Tinitus which was aweful but a guy on youtube called Liam, cured his by fasting, taking certain supplements, eating healthy etc but in the medical field there is no cure. I followed his advice again his thought process behind it was logical, so I followed it despite some of the negative comments about his channel, and not long after I cured my Tinnitus. Similarly I like your videos because you have discovered something unique and I bet more people will realise this is the way to go.
@@adnanzia9167fasting cures EVERYTHING!!! I am also in the medical field. And I hope you as a student research and push fasting in your patients!! It will cure cancer and diabetes and everything!! I do also think fasting/OMAD with Keto is required and probably will help with reversing grey hair as well.
If you want your hair soft and less fried, you can wash it less (maybe). Once or twice a week. Also, you can put some kind of oil in it, say, an hour before washing and let it soak. Or put some kind of oil in it and let it sit over night while you sleep. Olive oil, or castor oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, or what ever you chose. But, use organic.
I been using L tyrosine too picked up on that from another you tuber . I also use copper the mineral supplement . Important to Google a digestible kind as you wil see after the word copper there will be chelated ect . Plus to moisturize my hair i make a blended essential oil mixture like fenugreek seed oil, castor oil, rosemary coconut shea butter, and jojoba oil .only oil in there for fighting greys is fenugreek seed all the other's are for moisturizing the hair and scalp
Hi! I'm sorry, but I haven't found one information: how long it took to realize your hair was turning darker? So I can check if that's the same situation I do, or I should wait more for results or try to find other reason/solution for deficiency in my case. Thank you! Your hair is great!
Thanks for the information. I would like to see more progress on your hair. Very cool how your hair started getting darker with l-tyrosine. I am trying to get my hair darker again. I had bought amino acids about 2 months ago but have not been consistent on taking it. I felt the same way that I maybe need to up my nutrients of aminos. I had tried other nutrient and thought it was time to try more aminos. I was just not sure because I wanted to help my digestion and to support muscles growth. I will be more consistent and see if my grey turns dark again. You are a blessing to see how it helped you. I appreciate you honest and quick videos.
