Is it a mechanical rights remix for like $400 or your bootleg ing it? At least get Easysong cover rights if you put it on Spotify right? Or buy the remix rights?
Wow watched several hundred music tutorial videos, then I come across this video A revelation. Grateful for the useful explanation of the practical use of the diagram. Thanks for sharing.
For any beginners out there, just play with your heart. Digging into music theory is good when your stuck but you are much more likely to make something actually like if you do it by ear!
A MIDI Effects Rack with multiple chains of unsynced arpeggiator with rate control mapped to a single macro adjusted to a different range for each chain could have made the job easier.
lots of great ideas here as I embark on mixing my 45 minute movie soundtrack! Next stop, getting a consistent -12db kick across 45 minutes. First time I've used reference tracks and blimey charlie, it's invaluable - if a little disconcerting how far out my initial rough mixes were! I'm also taking onboard your point about identifying what's 'backing' - I can't resist throwing in lots of extra lines which can be a problem - I realised watching this that I instinctively try to make everything intelligible - I'm going to just treat anything that isn't the lead as backing and bring it right down. Thanks for the tips.
Needing to take myself Back... to Basics. Thanks for the video. Proves that if you take an idea 💡 review it and apply it to an existing tune, you can make your own kinda music 🎶
I’ve yet to find anyone who can explain the difference between verse vs build or chorus vs drop. Everyone seems confused. Also nobody talks about the relationship between the pitch material in the various sections.
@@EDMTips Ty 🙂 In turn, can expand on tip number 2. You can use vocals as a wavetable in VST instruments Serum or its free brother Vital. There are much more possibilities for editing ADSR, LFO and effects. p.s. and can mix vocals passed through granular Pigments
