Always five or more trucks waiting to unload shows several errors being made on that jobsite. 1) the dozer is too small for the job. 2) wrong tracks on the dozer. 3) poor dozer operator. 4) trucks dumping in wrong place. 5) no flagman to guide the dump trucks to unload in the correct place. 6) dress the entrance for the trucks. 7) With a flagman dumping the trucks, the dozer operator does not have to stop to wait for trucks in his way. Just some suggestions.
