Hi Anne We are an Estate Agency in Dundalk, Louth, Ireland and this is one of the properties that we are selling. Where are you watching from? Kindest Regards Michael Lavelle Estate Agents
@@LavelleProperty Thanks Joanne! I briefly met you a couple of years ago. Your Lovely Father Michael took me out to BlackRock as I had never been there. It was so kind of him.
LOL! I don't think I've heard the word "snazzy" more than two or three times as an adult. I heard it all the time when I was a kid growing up in Chicago in the 1960s and early 70s, though! And snazzy it is!
For some reason RU-vid is not letting me click the like button. I can see that back garden with some sweet patio furniture , an umbrella, and pots overflowing with greenery. Lovely!
Hi Sheila! It's a dote of a property....superb feeling of usability and design..homely! So glad that you enjoyed as well and thank you for hitting the like button whether it worked or not!! (Did it in the end?) Hope all is well and kindest regards J
So lovely. Very nice home and they have really done a wonderful job decorating, Plenty of room, and a place to store outside items needed and seem to be very pleasant area.
Hi Eddie! Great to hear from you! Stay tuned though won't you? Lots of homes on the way that you might like also. Hello from Louth to Japan! Kindest regards Michael Lavelle Estate Agents
The home is actually deceiving from outside, it’s quite lovely really. Especially love the kitchen with all the pantry closets. In America we call those modular sofas, “sectionals.”
This is a perfect property! Love the size of rooms and the lay out is ideal. The driveway and garage area works out quiet well it seems.. and the lovely lawns and evergreens gives fresh and a feeling of peacefulness all around. Privacy and the protected area and quiet setting, means alot to me. Love the sweet kitchen, and although the furnishings may have to be different ( and yet love their cupboards, (not sure if permenant?) as they look old fashioned even though are newer! ) but am not sure there is both washer and dryer? I think just washing machine is set up? The backyard is the most private of all and lots of rooms for flowers and many areas for seating. Absolutely love al the closet space!! That means so much. The Living room will seat many for family visits even though not a huge room. Very cozy. Love wood stove. Cute seating at other side of Living room as well, and the wrap around couch did work out fine for seating if that much were needed, and it really looked comfortable. Found it quite nice, and felt my husband and I could move right in and be in heaven! Not too large but just right to have nature around us and flowers and yet some quiet when home with peace around. We love homes like this.
Hi Carol Wow! Thank you for taking the time to make such an indepth comment! So glad that you enjoyed! And do, Stay tuned ...for more! Kindest regards J
Awww … Joanne. Lovely home. A major plus is those many gorgeous cabinet built-ins. I even love the colour that they’re painted. Two charming little things I noticed too: a schnauzer lives there (still I hope), and a clothesline in the back garden. What’s not to love??❤️
Hi Tnolan "Oh give me land lots of land under starry starry skies!" Name that tune and you are officially our community legendary today! Kindest regards Michael Lavelle Estate Agents
Hi Lou Thank you for letting us know your thoughts.. we have a forum here as such with the amount of subscribers so it's always interesting to hear feedback! Stay tuned as well won't you for more homes! Kindest regards Michael Lavelle Estate Agents
FANTASTIC home!!! After watching a lot of the videos you share, finally in this house they finally did the wardrobe right! It's all the up to the ceiling which is how it always needs to be done! Closets are always a bonus no matter if it's an apartment or a house!! OH that GARDEN is outstanding!!! P.s. your hair looks extra lovely in this video
Hi Flashflame! This house ticks a lot of the boxes so! Delighted to hear AND we will pass on the compliment to Joanne! She is all about the houses though as she tells us!!!! Kindest regards Michael Lavelle Estate Agents

It is a nice townhouse if you don't need a garage or dining room. The master bedroom does not accommodate a king-size bed and the closet is too small. The unnecessary doors need to be removed.
Hi Abzz The price is €245,000 just to update you! Normally it is entered at the same time but a very small oversight by the marketing team that time! Thank you for pointing it out too!!! Hope you enjoyed and kindest regards J
Hi Rirkc That's the beauty of property really and finding out what a home is all about isn't it?! Thank you for tuning in as well!!! Stay tuned for more won't you? Kindest regards J
Such a beautiful face for the Irish - you make the most of every property. I like the idea of turning that space in the backyard a gym! Ample wardobes in the bedrooms.
Joanne, another property to be of great value to a single person, a downsizing couple, or a couple starting out. Move in, put your own stamp and cozy touches to the house, and without a lot of effort, it would be very homey in no time at all. Lovely garden space too! Question: what’s the purpose of the oil tank in the garden? Is the house heated by oil? Sheilagh
Hi Sheilagh! Great comments and full agree! Yes, this property uses home heating oil as fuel. Very common in Ireland to see that! Hope all is well! Kindest regards J
My wife and kids have been over in Dundalk for a funeral this week. I haven't been for years. If I could have got time off work, I would have loved to have done a mini tour of your houses for sale. Such a difference from here in the UK. I really enjoy your videos.
Sorry to hear that they had to visit under such circumstances! If you ever do get to visit again, you know where we are and sure pop in a meet the team! Kindest regards J
One of my absolute favorites to date! And so much storage! This one would be perfect for me if I lived in Ireland. There's an expression you may have heard, "It's all that and a bag of chips!" (meaning that it is everything you could want and even more).
Hi Tim! We might start using that phrase! So glad uou enjoyed and sure wouldnt it be a nice spot to enjoy...all that and a bag of chips as well sure!? Kindest regards J
Another sweet house! If it would be approved, I would knock down the wall between the two living rooms or make a wide door way to join them. The attic is perfect to be my music room!! Thank you Joanne..
Hi Clara There are no restrictions on purchasing a property in Ireland by an American purchaser buy there seems to a restriction on the allowable time that one could stay within the country usually 90 days per year. However visa and permits etc would not be part of our expertise! Are you thinking of somewhere on particular in Ireland? Kindest regards And thank you for tuning in! J
Hi Jameel We can help of course! Would you like to forward any queries to info@lavelles.ie? We can provide a more personalised reply that way. Hope that you are enjoying the channel Kindest regards Michael Lavelle Estate Agents
But think it is lovely for one person or a couple really. We are seniors too and can understand. There is not so much work to do especially outside, so easier to maintain the property, As long as it is plenteous with good water and septic is good, and roof is in good condition, fire place as well, think it would be a lovely little home. (Our son is into a construction company of his own, but lives over here in the U.S. but more in the city areas , further from us though, but I learned a little from him LOL) and am sure one room could fit clothes, and another can be utility ,and the third a bedroom, especially in the back with bathroom that is to share, but can be pribate then. If you just purchase a wardrobe closet, or two, you can make it. Maybe need a pull out couch /bed for visitors. Room to park and all could be so sweet to have a quiet place to live with nature all around you! Certainly should be easy to heat! Utilities would be down. Great points for the right people for sure! Especially in days when things are so high, I would love to purchase it ,with my husband, but we are senior citizens now living in the U.S. in our own home ,but yet it is too large, in a way now and i have too many cothes andyes, tie to get rid of some and am working on it now.. and expensive to heat in larger homes often! Guess we need easier living for us to get along with calls of love and visits when possible from family as they are busy and have lives that are full ,but we were there for them and grandchildren , They needed cities more around them. Doing better with jobs etc this way. We like country, quiet living now, (but not too far from towns) My grandmother was Irish and my husband has some Scottish roots .Guess they would be proud of us , if we had been able to move to this magical place! Maybe this home would work best for people in this case , or if they lived in Ireland, of course!!
Hi Carol! Great to have you tune in and see more of lovely Louth and the wonderful properties we are always delighted to work with! Kindest regards from here to there J
Hi McKev Delighted that you enjoyed...wonderful homes deserve to be seen and to find their new owners hearts and minds! Stay tuned for more won't you? Kindest regards J
Gorgeous! Beautiful views and while I'm not a tangerine fan, it's ok. I have a question about UK homes. Most bathrooms (I'm in Canada - our term for toilet) have a vanity with a sink. I have a pedestal sink in my ensuite bathroom and can't wait to replace it with a vanity. Where do women store all their stuff? I'm just curious. BTW,this property reminds me a bit of something we'd see in the Rockies with the stone etc. Just beautiful.
@@ryanneilan3223 sorry I knew that and meant to say Ireland and the UK! Thank you, I see it both in videos from both countries and I'm not being critical, just curious.
Hi Sheila, Often enough there are vanity units in bathrooms here alright. Just personal choice really! The stone work is stunning! As are the view and village! Kindest Regards, J
Hi Vow That property was available for €275,000 and has been sold since....however....there's more on the way! Great variety... this was a cracking home with style, homeliness and cosiness! Stay tuned won't you? Kindest regards J
I think this is a perfect property dn lovely views. Of course like all not for all. One that is older just moves on to another or one who may want to think of growing older one day. But the views alone, would sell me!
Hi Gerry! Very unique design alright! Are you searching in the area? Stay tuned won't you ...lots more on the way that might suit you better! Kindest regards J
Beautiful! Looks like a perfect retirement space. A few more years and I can seriously consider relocating to Ireland. Thank you for feeding my dreams.
As long as you can still keep climbing?? Some may not be able to do it or may be alright then in time not een if they had a fx foot or leg? Guess one can stay on bottom floor? ( As you get older one will think more in those terms, as one never knows) When younger we never dream, to think of it,

I'm sure someone will swoop this one up in no time at all. What a charming home! And it seems to go on forever. It's always convenient when everything is on one floor, too.
