Even as a Disney/Dreamworks fan, I can say now that 'How To Train Your Dragon' is a movie saga that's becoming a personal favorite of mine. I'm really excited for December to arrive and cue this 😊🐉🗡️🛡️
Thank you, I've been trying to find this specific score ever since I watched Blindisided. I remember how DESPERATE my 9 year old self was to find this. After all these years I finally found it. Thank you, I can now rest peacefully knowing this exist😭❤ (Idk how many times i have replayed this)
Welcome to the tribe of The Wild Hairy Hooligans. This is the birthplace of Hiccup Horrendous Haddock The Third, king of The Wilder West. Now, before we begin our tour first I will show you where the bathrooms are.
Really nice performance! I've seen your comments on my channel before, but I never thought to check yours out. It looks like you do good work. Keep it up!
Man I was really hoping to find an hour long music video similar to the snoggletog fire log film they made - but without all the interruptions to music - cuz I really loved the music (especially “In the Bleak Winter”) but this was beautiful comp you made! If you happen to have time to make another Snoggletog please try to do one with music from the Snoggletog log short film. ❤
OK I DONT THINK YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH MORE COMPLETE I AM NOW BECAUSE OF THIS. I NEEDED THIS!!!!!! this scene in the show made me break down in joyful tears and to hear it as its own track and rendition, and just to know that i'm not the only one who loves this show, is just something so pure. thank you for making this!!! I think everyone needed this to get their minds off of that sinful creation that dreamworks is attempting to call 'canon'. ( i will not accept it). Ok but in all seriousness this is beautiful and keep doing your amazing work!!
This is so amazing, it sound so good. The faint wings flapping and dragon calls in the background make it that much better as well. This is just so beautiful and put together so well. 💙
This literally brought me to tears. I absolutely love this soundtrack and this score, yet somehow, you've created this masterpiece which makes the experience of listening to it in a whole other direction. I don't know how to describe it. But literally, it's amazing!
Twas the Night before Snoggletog and all through the village not a dragon was stirring, not even a terrible terror. The boots were laid by the fireplace with care in hopes that Odin soon would be there. The Viking children were nestled all snug in their beds dreaming of battles they won in their heads. Mamma in her bearskin and I in my helmet had just settled in for a long winter rest. When out on the snow there arose such a flutter grabbing my hatchet I sprang from bed to see what was the matter. I leapt to the window preparing to fight when I saw dragons pulling a sleigh. What a sight. What I saw was A Gronkle, followed by 2 Deadly Nadders, then 3 Zipplebacks and 4 Monstrous Nightmares. There stood a man with a spear in hand dressed in the fur of a Yak and carrying a large sack over his back. With the 12 horns on his helmet and the beard blood red I knew at once it must be Odin himself. He entered the house with a roar of laughter then noticed the boots by the fire. Right at once he got to his work, filling the boots with his gifts tothe brim. There was an axe and a mace, sword, sheild and spear, a club and bludgeon weapons so fierce. Once done he turned to the sleigh and it began to rise up high into the night sky. It began to fly and before he was out of sight he gave a shout Merry Snoggletog to all and to all a good night.
This piece is so great, Amazing work! Especially given the overpowering dragon sound effects in the episode! A small request - would you mind if I use your sheet music as a basis for my own project using a few more instruments? It'll probably never be uploaded, but if it is I'll credit you obviously.
If there was ANY PART of the Race to the Edge soundtrack that I'd want to be released, it would have to be this one, the crescendo when they kiss is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for giving us the closest thing we can get to the actual piece 😊
