i forgot to take the membrane off before i added the dry rub does it really make a massive difference or should i try peeling it off and re add the dry rub?
I went on this exact tour last week! I'm already ready to go back! You're right though the video doesn't do it justice it's definitely a have to see destination! Might even have to get my commercial pilots license 😅
I actually like the setting of the Peppermill's buffet. Its like your sitting in a kind of forest thats deep under the sea with its 3 or 4 story ceiling. The other buffets are located in an ordinary 1-story building feel. I guess the Peppermill feels more enchanting
Didn’t have the top rack. Had to keep them where they were. Definitely would’ve did it for maybe another hour instead of 30, but I think that’s because my rib slab was bigger. I guess I could’ve also cut it into halves.. as far as the “bit” part everyone asked… I did about 5min per side post-sauce and it was fine, just watch for flare ups or you’ll toast it lol
I tried my luck today for the first time using your process and I was so impressed with the flavor!!!!! I appreciate you taking the time to make your video for all of us that would otherwise be skeptical to dare to try new things on the grill. Our spare ribs were on point.
A man who does not believe in cleaning his grill. I’ve made them very similar to this but I also add a smoker box for the first 60 minutes or until it burns out.
Thanks. I've ate at El Dorado like maybe 15 years ago. And loved the lobster pasta. But now I'm looking for a good buffet to try in a few weeks. And everyone looking at me crazily thinking why I rely on youtubers to give me reviews. Lol but now the prices are double that and so I need to choose wisely. Thanks
Here in oregon (at least in my area) we are just now seeing alot of Krispy crunch chicken locations opening up in gas stations and small stores and in my opinion they have better and cheaper chicken than KFC. But if your looking for somthing not fried costco whole chickens are 5 bucks and probably the biggest tastiest chicken you will ever eat
Krispy crunchy chicken has been available for years in CA, be forewarned the quality can vary immensely. Mostly due to the gas station preparation. It’s great sometimes, and horrible and potentially dangerous other times.
When driving out to Spud Point was your favorite the 1st place or the 2nd place right next door? We go to BB frequently. We prefer the 1st place's chowder. Super hot, thicker, more clam, and a different "special" spice flavor. Enjoyed your video and critique.
