It's simply just more persecution against Trump! Persecution is the systematic mistreatment of a person or group of people due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group. It can include harassment, imprisonment, internment, fear, or pain.
They know if Trump gets back in... They're done... He didn't use his executive powers the first time because the DC players said it would look like he was going after his political opponents...
