Okay, can someone explain why food carts must serve fully cooked vegetables. I understand meats, but why vegetables? I used to live where we could dig up vegetables, and all we had to do was rinse them, and they were ready for eating. Also, man or women, as long as the food is good with good customer service, why are more women eating at a vendor ran by women? Generally confused.
