I bought mine for $1750 cash. I love my truck in it's clean. I just had to change out an idle sensor. And change oil. Transmission. Differential. Spark plugs. Fuel filter. Oxygen sensors plus the orgasms sensors LMAO. It's a fabulous fuck. I mean truck.
I have a silver 4.0 L , Olds Aurora just like this one, and it runs great, and I have not put any repair money into it, except a battery. They run great, and very luxurious, and fun to drive. They will be a collectors item one day, as only a few were made. Mine has only 64,000 miles on it, and mint shape.
I don't even live in Texas, but man you did a great job presenting this vehicle. My Father had one when they were new. He recently passed, and he'd let me drive it when he got it. So, because I need a new car, I found this exact model and colour he had today (grey w/leather black interior) going for 6700... with 110k miles and single-owner car. They paid 25k new, so the price has dropped considerably after it was driven off the lot, but... as far as the USED market goes, this vehicle seems to be holding it's value on the Used market. Which is encouraging. I do definitely believe this is an underrated vehicle. A lot of people are looking for the RAV 4, and I'm not, because I know this thing exists! Good Lord. This reminds me of when I went to purchase my G8 GT after years of eyeballing them. I knew before I got there that the salesman wouldn't know jack shit about the car, and I was fine with that because I knew what I wanted. I remember sending it on the test drive and I could feel the fear in him 🤣🤣🤣 Now I sell cars at a local dealer and my fellow salesman gawk at my car when I pull in for work. What a great piece of machinery from GM and one of the last true muscle cars out there.
I had one of these cars, it truly is beautiful but it's a poorly built car, it's a mechanics dream because this car will spend more time in his shop than on the road. This car overheats constantly I replace Radiator and radiator fans 12 months later it's overheating again. This Car will leak oil like crazy and will have that burning oil smell, I also replaced the heater core 18 months later no heat again. Theirs a reason why you rarely see these cars on the road most are probably in the junkyard. Driving home one night I hit a bump and all my dashboard lights went off then I hit another bump and they came back on. I purchased this car from a Dealership in Schaumberg IL for $4,700.00 then purchased an extended warranty for $1800.00 Car had 119K miles thought it was a fair deal Heater Core was a Grand, Fans and Radiators $700, to replace all the leaky seals was $5,600.00 <--- 2 weeks in shop I had to rent a car, suspension got replaced it was also A Grand that extended warranty covered $1850.00 they gave me $50.00 bucks towards repairs and they didn't want to talk with me. So be careful The only people I recommend purchase these cars are Mechanics trust you're going to need one.

It's a beauty! It's a shame GM discontinued Olds in 2004. I wish they could have done something. One thing they should have done: changed the name from Oldsmobile to Aurora, and brought out new models with the Aurora name. Like Fiat Chrysler Automobiles did with the Dodge Truck line, when they renamed it Ram.
not in this case. It's rare because this car is last production year and low mileage but this same engine was produced since 1995 you can easily find parts for it.
I love mustangs, my first car was a 2004 v6 coupe. I had it blacked out with tinted windows and matte black paint. Honestly loved the vehicle to death. I now daily drive a 2000 mustang gt convertible and I love it even more. I honestly think that I’m going to buy a 2004 mustang v6 as a type of nostalgia car, mess around with it and keep it to give it to my oldest when they start driving. I didn’t want to get a gt as my first car so I didn’t kill myself learning to drive. But man, the memories I made with my old 04 v6, never have I ever experienced anything like them in my GT
