I been asking for some verified data of a spinning globe for 8 years and haven't gotten anything. It's probably in the same place as NASA's lost moon landing telematry.
At that time I was a child, and amazed. I am more amazed now, as an old fart who still has the mental acuity to imagine what it must have been like to be on the moon. Imagine what it will be like to step on Mars. I hope I live to see it.
Because Congress cancelled the Apollo and Saturn programs, slashed the funding for manned lunar missions, and transferred anything left to the shuttle program. They refused to fund any deep space flight research for about 30 years, then finally authorized a pittance for the Artemis.
Interesting how the American taxpayers funded (i.e. PAID for) the BILLIONS nasa wanted… And yet they “lost” all the telemetry data and they can no longer go with that technology…. Yeeeeeeet they did it in 1969…. Of course the American sheople have 8 min. memories and continue to believe this hoax. And before all you die hards start getting your feelings hurt - watch them at the press conference. Straight out of Capricorn One. Also ask why the “moon rock” they gave to the Dutch PM turned out to be petrified wood….
Why do you simpleton persist with those pathetic lies? The Rijksmuseum Boerhaave in Leiden received the original lunar rocks in 1970. They still have them. The petrified wood was a mineral sample that the Museum of Arts and History in Amsterdam received from the estate of Willem Drees, Jr. Its curators failed to do their due diligence.
rewatch the first few seconds of this video: it said "nothing more important for long term space exploration"... funny coz now in hindsight, we have the time to see how many times they went back there...oh wait. it literally had 50 years of no advancements.
@@user-or4ct5ow6b 50 years of no advancement? Really? Deep space probes (Voyager I & II), Cassini probe, Skylab, Space Shuttles, ISS, self-landing rovers on Mars, Hubble and James Webb Space Telescope and now the SLS rocket and Orion capsule. We’ve seen great advancement in 50 years.
That was a very daring thing that those three did , Buzz Aldrin , Neil Armstrong , and Michael Collins , back in July of 1969 . Luckily Armstrong was a capable pilot who was cool under pressure , and he overrode the automatic pilot on the lunar module and landed it safely on the moon with seconds to spare .
God Bless you Mr Aldrin you are truly a living legend and a hero in my book! I was born in 58 so I literally grew up glued to the set as a kid from Mercury to Gemini to Apollo watching what I believe to be man's greatest achievements, to-date, done using the best 1960s technology of the day, completed by probably the best scientists engineers technicians and astronauts the world has ever had. Oh yeah, and in a Country that was patriotic and believed in God kids still prayed in schools and recited the Pledge of Allegiance before the Flag every morning with their right hands over their hearts. My my my how times have changed. Btw, in case you do read this here's a bit of inspiration maybe; my mother's sister my Aunt Doris is 102yo pushing 103 in October, and,.after two successful hip replacements, is doing incredible and totally cognitive 💯👌 and we talk on the phine every day. Anyhow we often talk about those days watching all the rockets liftoff on TV. My whole family was enthralled with it all as was everyone back then. I actually grew up on Point Loma San Diego in a beautiful house close to the gates of what back then was called NEL now called SpaWar. Anyway, unbeknownst to moat in those days the Atlas rocket was bieng tested developed right there practically under our nose. Well, actually there were many rumors as a kid some rocket this n that blah. Plus every now and then one might see the occasional wide load covered truck hauling something very large usually late at night. Just old memories. God bless. 🙏 😊👍
Except that the USSR tracked it, then the US received congratulations of conceit from the Soviet Academy of Sciences, the cosmonauts, and the Soviet premier.
He left out when he'd snapped off a circuit breaker for ascent from the moon, and had to jam a pen into it to close the circuit and get home. I know it's a tiny detail, but crucial information for the following flights who were instructed to be more careful.
This is clearly a "HOAX". I quote "We cannot bypass close earths orbit with todays technology without dying from radiation". This is clear evidence we never landed on the moon! Wake up people!
It would be an interesting quote, if it were accurate. That's not what he said. He said destroyed. And it was, in the same sense that the technology to make a 1934 Ford was destroyed, or a Betamax recorder, or an SR-71, or any of thousands of other tools and products that are no longer made.

As time goes by, and it's been over fifty years since the last imaginary Moon landing, and we are unable to return to the Moon with 21st Century technology, more and more people's eyes are going to be opened, and we will realize that it was impossible to have gone to the Moon in 1969. It's only a matter of time. We cannot send men to the Moon today, and NASA keeps postponing the next manned Lunar mission. We are decades from ever sending men to the Moon, if ever. Time will vindicate me.

Given that one of the first things he did upon landing on the moon (after all the checklists, etc.) was to take communion, I don't think he's really got an issue with the big guy.

Was impressive to get the moon & back without the need to refill in 1969. Today 2024 the scientist predict you will need to refill 8 times. Buzz Aldrin biggest BS on the planet, this guy would sell his grandma. You can tell that Neil had a real hard time living with the lie.
You people have *got* to stop getting your information about space travel from the same place. Musk's plan for Starship is much different from Apollo, starting with the fact that Starship is orders of magnitude larger, thus requiring more fuel. But please, give the name of "the scientist" who said that, and also said it had any bearing on what happened 50 years ago. If by Neil you mean Armstrong, it's a bit hard for that to be true, given that he's no longer with us. As for Aldrin's character, please, come back when you have done what he did in service of your country. You'll forgive us if we don't wait.

Artemis missions will provide HD live images of the plaque on the moon that Apollo left on the surface. I hope the conspiracy theorists will have enough soul to admit they were wrong.
@@pervazkhaliq4598 no, I'm actually not going to take time out of my day to prove a negative. Photographers and cinematographers will agree that the lighting can't be produced artificially, the latter will attest that slow-motion filming for hours on end without film grain or splices was impossible in the 60s, physicists agree that the behavior of the dust is as expected in a low-gravity, vacuum environment, as is the movement of the astronauts, etc. But setting all that aside, no adversaries of the US, with people much smarter than both of us, have ever called NASA out on the lunar landings, apart from congratulating them.
Watched this again. That's 6 years since the last time! Always great to watch Buzz and Brian. Love those guys. But its still heart breaking that SpaceX was almost entirely ignored. It was weird then and its weird now. I'm still meeting people who talk about being interested in space and yet don't know what "Starship" is! Is anyone else experiencing this?
