Welcome to Minute Meditations! I am a trained Somatic Experiencing therapist who was taught this simple but effective skill to calm down in any stressful situation. Please watch the video and take in as many details as you can. Then find a calm spot in your body and bring your attention to that spot for 5 - 10 seconds. Then watch the video again and notice the difference in your stress levels. I hope you enjoy this and it helps your day. Do this as many times as you need to get your stress levels down. Also, do this on your own in nature and find your own moments of peace. Just focus on details in nature and then positive sensations in your body. Send a minute of meditation to a friend. Please like and subscribe to support my channel.
Note: I am not serving in a clinical capacity on You Tube. To find a Somatic Experiencing therapist please visit traumahealing.org. I cannot provide clinical consultation or free advice through RU-vid comments, email, etc.
Let the water be 77 degrees, the air 75 degrees, and no significant UV to worry about. Also, there is no measurable pollution. The year is 2430, and you have made it beyond the singularity and enjoy uninterrupted health. You can eat whatever you want and have conversations with anyone who has ever existed (thanks to, by our standards, incredibly advanced AI). You are now over 400 years old. You are not bored because you are constantly taken aback at how perfect the ocean is. You walk around in a state of contained amazement at how perfect _everything_ is, although reading descriptions from earlier centuries is a solemn experience.
Sometimes, we may never know. But trust that your impact is far-reaching. I recently ran into a classmate, and the joy and thanks he expressed for my always being kind to him nearly 25 years ago was presious. I don't recall any grand gestures, just kindness and a listening ear, but it clearly impacted him after all those years.
@@1minutemeditations111 Yes, please do not attempt to enhance nature. Many channels add music, and have thousands (or more) of subscribers. So it is a subjective call, that is up to the host of the channel. Whenever anyone is walking through nature, (with few exceptions, such as a morning jog with earphones) they are not distracting themselves with music. They are taking it all in, with all of their senses. For the "you are there" experience, nothing beats the sounds of the animals, the trees blowing in the wind, water flowing, and even chatter from people on the scene. The focus should be on the video, and not on the post-editing features of the software. I removed my thumb's down click.
