On this RU-vid Channel I will discuss following topics:
Massimo Dutti (purchased on line at Zara website) is not refunding me for my recent returns that I shipped back. 2 Massimo items were shipped along with my Zara items in one box. They say the Massimo items weren't in the box. A couple of weeks later, I had another Massimo item I sent back in same box with my Zara items and they are not refunding me for that Massimo item either. This time, I took photos of the box with all the items in it. Anyone else having this problem with their Massimo returns? I'm out $300 (in the U.S.) I have not had this problem in the past but now it's happened 2 x in a row. I'll update this if I'm able to get a resolution from Zara's Customer Service.
Most interesting. I love Massimo Dutti and COS. What beautiful city are you filming from? For me the nearest shops are in Milan but I rarely go there (120 km). That's why I find so useful your videos! Thank you!!
I always put my finger on the time wat hed bar at bottom and slowly slide it that way I dont watch the video at recorded speed UNTIL several things look interesti g then I do it agsin stopping to see just those items...am sure many otjers do this too.

Liebe Scarlett, danke für das interessante Video. Bei Max Mara war ich noch nie. Sind die relativ hohen Preise gerechtfertigt? Wie sind Materialien und Verarbeitung zB im Vergleich mit Massimo Dutti?
Liebe Caro, Gerne :) Schau doch mal bei Max Mara vorbei. Die haben manchmal sehr gute Teile. Ja die Preise sind etwas hoch, ich würde im Sale nur shoppen und auch nur klassische Teile, wie einen Kaschmir Mantel, Blusen oder Hosenanzug, die schnitte sind wirklich ganz gut. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und die Materialien auch. Im vergleich zu Massimo Dutti denke ich tut sich nicht viel, liebe ja auch die Kashmir Pullover von Massimo Dutti sehr.
Hi Scarlett, letzte Woche war ich bei Massimo Dutti in Düsseldorf... eine meiner Lieblingsmarken... sie haben so gute Leinenteile diesen Frühling, so hochwertig und weich, habe zwei Hemden gekauft. Ich finde, dort gibt es auch immer besonders gute Strickpullover, vor allem die Schnitte sind top! Liebe Grüße!
You are the best at covering Zara similar taste please dont forget Zara blazer proces Imuse you to preshop.....I travel each year from Central America where I am retired to Chicago so I need to strategize the shops I will visit...taking a friend this year so she I will shop together.Likely going to the Michigan Avenue store...hope they uave these items...always interested in blazers worn as a winter jacket in this tropical country. Bought 2 last year.
