@@MCHALEfusion Thank you for the reply. As best I can tell it looks like the pack model in the video is the mini pw44…? Would that power pack be enough to run a 991 TBER or 991 high speed?
ill check that out. Im new to these and dont see any negatives so far. We want the 5x6 rolls with all the features, but without a chopper option. Im sold on the drop floor and the self-oiling option. This thing is loaded with features!
My father just bought one. Used to have pottinger but people says mchalle its more rigid and less electronic so we will see just made 100 balls last summer. I hope everithing its gonna be fine becouse the green fields are destroied by wilde pigs, so much bumbs the fields used to be so narrow you could go fast but no way last couple of years its worst and worst
Removing the sleeves is not as simple as it looks, You need a spanner and the nut and washer have to be un screwed with it all the way down the thread as it is a nylock nut. The nuts and washers then have to be put back again with the spanner or put somewhere to prevent them being lost. This all has to be repeated when the sleeves are replaced. A simple solution to this is to grind a flat on the heavy washer to allow the flange on the sleeve to pass it. The nut then only needs to be loosened for the washer to be rotated and the sleeve removed. Using an additional spring washer would make the operation even simpler as the heavy washer could be turned by hand without the need for a spanner. How about that for an idea McHale?
Those chains don't stay clean after about a dozen bales. Why on earth don't you design a cover that keeps them clean? It's not rocket science, Vermeer machines do it why don't you?
