I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issue with my policy. Since the beginning, the sales representative has provided misleading information, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, the issue remains unresolved. I have already lodged a complaint with the Central Bank to dispute this transaction and request that my policy be issued with a start date of 13th October. It has been more than a month, and this matter has caused significant inconvenience, with daily calls from customer service representatives who appear uninformed about the situation. Each time a ticket is created, no tangible progress is made. As a customer, my time is valuable, and I cannot continue to accommodate these unproductive calls. I kindly request that you resolve this issue immediately, issue my policy with the correct date of 13th October, and compensate me for the time that has been wasted over this prolonged period. Please be advised that this transaction is now in dispute, and I have instructed my bank not to release any payments until this issue is fully resolved.
How long it will take to issue the policy? It's been more then 46 days since I start conversation with Policy Bazaar UAE regarding policy renewal. This is my lifetime worst experience. I regret to inform you that I am going to complain in Consumer court. And I want to inform you that if I'll have any fine because of non-renewal, PolicyBazaar.AE will be fully responsible for that penalty. Please reimburse my vehicle testing fee 170AED, because of your lazy staff I did testing twice. Process the policy today and reimburse one vehicle testing fess (AED170) otherwise I'll file the case in DED Consumer Court.
