@@SB_182 I have heard on a comment before that was published around 3 years ago that he had actually recorded the few seconds before, and then boom, the impact was recorded aswell. He was told underneath the comments to publish the footage to the lostwiki place, but it seems as he ignored the comments and never did. The commenter has no videos either, but just some playlists of music and horror videos. This very well could be true as he described where he recorded it.

Well, except the song was released in 2004, and the video you linked to was posted in 2016? And the original documentary that it excerpts *BUT DOES NOT CREDIT*, is Nova's "Hunting The Hidden Dimension", which was released in 2008. Sooo....the Mandlebrot Set was pretty well-documented prior to 2004, so I think it's more likely that JoCo might have just done some Google searches back in the day and come up with the lyrics. Indeed - I was sitting very far away, and wanted to get something better than a tiny tiny shot of the stage, so I handheld my little old camera to a pair of crappy little binoculars. I'm really happy the audio came out well though!
Why do people posting hate LA? There are a lot of surrounding areas just outside of LA too. You hate all of those cities too? It really can be amazing in SoCal. I was born in SoCal and really like San Diego and some parts of LA. NoCal is awesome too! The fog can be so majestic and it is usually cooler. I love California! Also, he even says that he is not singing about CA, but that he is partial to NoCal.
