I am not sure what happened on the straight. Sometimes things go bad on the start. But turn one was ridiculous. Any explanation that does not include that the guy lost his brakes should result in some type of action from sanctioning body

Donny Doucette most clubs frown upon SUVs because of course they can't handle well. 😜 we had to convince them just to let us out once. As soon as they realized it was faster than half the field they were okay. You'd have to prove your Jeep is worthy. Lol. But seriously what are you thinking of running? 2wd?
That run was about 12psi. We've safely run 14 at the GRM Challenge. The next run I mistakenly changed the vac hoses on the waste gate (long story) and ran all of the boost.
That's sweet as shit. I wanna get a comanche and make something like this... I'm guessing that's no the 4.0 still in there? is the rear still leaf springs?
This was still running the original 250k+ mile 4.0L with a turbo. still had leaf springs in the back with traction bars. This is such a wicked little truck. I love it.
Wow guy. Thank you for the nice comments. I was awfully close to some of those cones on this last run. The difference between the 4th and 5th run was I didn't loose time in the last 180 turn on the 5th run, it was really tidy. Thanks again for having me drive your XJr.
