@@ICookYouRepeat hi there, this can be up to you. Typically for this style, you would probably fill them before steaming. The ones that you stuff filling into after usually are flatter and folded.

Thank you for your reply! The dough turned into a batter consistency. I added more flour but it just didn’t turn out like dough. I’ll try again another time
