Over time the viscosity level of the oil completely changes whether that oil is heat cycled or not but to answer your question I have no clue how many miles were on it from its last service. All I know is the odometer read close to 300k. Just another one brought in neglected!!
@@brianaust8897 bottles aren't open to gain moisture, they are in sealed containers. Oxygen=moisture.....pop open the cap on your valve cover and there will be moisture I promise. Engines intake moisture naturally and it ends up in PCV etc..I'm not here to argue the science behind it, just to watch the oil drain!!😅
@@Astolof_ChangE_Felix_Saber not sure what your referring to?? This was a family trip to the Parthenon in Nashville. I hoped everyone would admire the efforts put in to remake this wonderful place that not all can travel to. No need to be disrespectful!!
Did you have issues with mounting the front coils? Lots of consumer reviews say that the middle bolt doesn’t fit oem setting and that drilling is required
Yes I actually had to do that for the first set but the second set that was sent after I gave all my feedback was correct and actually lined up with the factory locations. The first sets center bolt was offset about an inch from the factory mounting holes center point. They still functioned and rode well. I now have the second set installed that is correct.
Tell me about it😂😂, can give it but quarter throttle with the clutch slipping!! It barely grabs 3rd in this video! I'm surprised the rpms didn't spike when it started to slip. It's not fast, it's fun!!
If it's got a 3.0L v6 first thing I would check is head gaskets. Them motors love head gaskets especially if you drive em hard. I would check your upper and lower intake gaskets too just to be safe. Check for water in the oil. Biggest give away to tell if it is a misfire due to loss of compression is just cranking it over. If it sounds like it's skipping then your losing compression somewhere. If not do a cylinder leak down test you can rent a kit from the auto parts store. If it leaks down a considerable amount then you might as well go ahead and pull the heads. If it smells like fuel you make have a partially stuck injector. If it clears up when you drive and starts running like that again when you stop I would look at injectors first since your smelling fuel out of the tail pipe. One of them may be stuck or leaking. And if it's not any of that the check plugs and wires. Start simple first. If you want to eliminate the fuel system all together just unplug your injectors and remove components to where you can spray fuel into the engine and see if it runs like it should. Hope this helps
Injectors have been replaced, leak down has been done, no hesitation on start up. IAC replaced. It's a fresh rebuild, I'm thinking it's a small vacuum Leak at the intake or PCV somewhere and the PCM doesn't know how to compensate for it.
All brand new and freshly cleaned!! The head was pressure checked and the cylinders have been checked as well. It's something small I haven't checked the PCv for leaks yet.
@@Logan-mk8xv your correct, my fiance did organize the fridge!! She's a little OCD and ADHD...You're invited to our upcoming wedding, obviously we'll have alcohol!!😂😂
