I bought this hoping it would save me money on drill bits. Did it exactly as you show here. Theres so much play in the slide in drill bit accessory that it basically makes a pigs ear of any drill bit you put in there. Returning it tomorrow. For the love of god, stop selling this rubbish 😂
Lol. There are 2 cutting edges. The back of the 2 cutting surfaces never touches the medium your drilling, not even in reverse. If it does you have sharpened it wrong. The drill sharpener is actually set up to do this as it swings from centre to one side only, not both ways. The actor presenting this just has no idea what he is saying. He is only following a script so it's not his fault, he is just an actor. He just has obviously never sharpened a drill bit in his life. He also didn't cut reliefs on the back of the cutting surfaces to make sure the rear edges don't touch anything and to allow the debris to clear the cut. Omg. 😅
I'd say this mower is a lot better for small lawns, like i live in a compact unit with just a small front lawn and nature strip and this is a perfect mower for that, but for a bigger lawn like a full front yard/back yard, id say this is a bit too lightweight for that.
I'm still unsure of the differences between those two types of rotary hammer drills shown in the video. I gather that generally the higher priced ones have more power and energy but is the dramatically different shape and design a factor in the way it functions or the way you should use it? In other words, they are both brushless rotary hammer drills but why are they so different in design?
I made a blade out of Brass drilled 10mm hole to fit then blade on to the spindle plate and its all go, being a engineer any one can make a blade but must drill 10mm hole for the blade to fit flat on the spindle don't know why Ozito made a plastic blade cheap way out.
Just be aware that Bunnings hardware does not store the replacement grinding wheel you have to get the part number and order it through special orders, this may take ten days to come and the price of the grinding wheel is $20.50 the machine is $50
Had one for many years but it 'died' last year. As others have said, it is far too heavy and the handle adjustments provide no utility at all. Blades are made of cheese-steel and with their short cutting length, it means the alternative of going up and down a ladder, even with a cheap corded model, is much more efficient. Einhell are still flogging this poor product.
