thanks for doing a you tube. However i watched this to see the answer to your question which you did not answer. It really was an installation video and the tricky part of the installation was the shroud cramping the shock.... you skipped your fix on that. i don't plan on going on to your next vid to get your opinion ... you had 7 minutes

Great video. A few questions about the magnets. Do the triple black ones go on the inside? Why not use all black. If using the stronger ones do I still need a stack of 3?

We had it on our Canyon store and it was on there for over 5 years. And it's still going strong! But for the cost and how easy it is to put on I would do it every 5 years if I had to to save that kind of money to get that look. Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching. How easy does the quick release passenger backrest and rack come on and off? On the Ultimate website it states the Roadmaster passenger seat will not fit with the quick release passenger backrest. How does your wife like the new passenger seat?
I thought bilsteins were the bomb----I was going to take my motorcraft (made by bilstein) off and put new bilsteins on---the motorcraft are not the same as the aftermarket ones. Are you saying that Koni is a better way to go? Thank you!

Man that fits like OEM. I'm envious. I'm thinking of putting the smaller Viking trunk on my 2018 HD Heritage. The Factory one (with the goofy studs) is so dang expensive $700+. May I ask if that's the larger or smaller Viking trunk that you're showing on the video? Trying to get a size comparison. Thank you.

Also wanted to say very good job on the bed rest, let me tell you,, you have some patience my friend.. Those buttons are pressed with a press. So for you to do them how you did,, Kudos!! Also the way you wrapped the panels without removing the old material is actually the best way to keep the new lasting longer. A little pointer take your wifeys blow dryer and go around your button area on each one and it should tighten them up nice. Also if you have any of your buttons come apart in the future send my some pieces of each color and I'll press you up some.. Or wait until our project and I'll make you some.. When we retired, we bought the exact same canyon star you had. We loved it! It was luxury camping at its best. But after a couple of years we missed having a home and sold it and bought a little house which we now love. That layout of the canyon star was perfect. Too bad they don’t make that model in the diesel. The model you have now is nice but I would miss that fireplace too. Good luck on your decisions and happy traveling.
Great video tour!!! Beautiful rig for sure. I would leave the televator where it is and build in the fireplace. More cost effective. I have no interior design sense so can't help with that one. Look forward to seeing you guys on the road one day. Safe travels.

I'm an auto and heavy truck mechanic for over 40 years in Ontario Canada so I know about that stuff. You guys did great getting that replaced under a recall because you are right, that is a 3-4 dollar repair. I presently work at a Hino truck dealership who due to law have extended 10 year emission warranties, we are a small 4 bay dealership and we do thousands of dollars of emission warranty repairs weekly. BTW your Cummins engine is a good one and you guys should have many good years out of that engine. Enjoy our RV.

I find your design not a good . While you show 1 inch incriments for adjustment of the pole this is insufficient. One needs a finer means of adjustment. I would recomment a 1 inch pipe clamp---no holes needed , simply tighen the screw and you can adjust at any height you want. The awning support is okay for could hold a lot of rain water, again not a good design. Good attempt however at makiong PVC RV awning supports.

Did not make a video on installing that unit but we did one on installing the Blu-Ox Tru Center. Pretty much the same install. Just need to do a centering of the Safe T Plus. And yes it should be the Blue one! Thanks and be Blessed!!
Nice, you got the job done! I just installed the new EVO Koni's on my '23 F53 chassis motorhome. They were approximately 50% heavier than the OEM shocks. Expensive, too at $275 per shock! I used an impact gun to get the job done, took me less than an hour to do all four. I also installed the safe-t-steer and supersteer rear track bar. Wow, what a difference! I have not done the sumo springs yet, drives pretty nice now. Of course these newer ones have the beefy 2" sway bars so maybe I don't need them. However, I haven't had a chance to take any big trips yet since installing everything, perhaps I'll change my mind once I drive it in higher wind conditions?
