This is actually a reverse transition. 205 me here was 7 months after the "180lbs" footage. So i prob put on a couple pounds of muscle from the hard bulk
Trust the bulk. Make sure you're lifting heavy with progressive overload, and not just being inactive fat. Also, dont take it as far as Nikocado Avocado 💀
Am I the one who is totally “disabled” while heartbroken? I can’t even go to work or eat, I just rot in bed. But when my life is okay I can do anything. Best gym sessions for me are the ones when I am in good mood.
@@nataliabusko1432 staying a bed potato during heartbreak will prevent you from healing longer. If you can learn to use that negative energy and take it out in the gym then it helps speed up the process.
@@CraziChris I just don’t perform good in that time so I don’t see the point. I most likely to hurt myself with bad form 🤷🏻♀️ Better to get yourself together and then do your best performance at gym imo
