Lovely few hours on our first day without smoke in weeks - the background noise was not as loud in person - a few raindrops - busy kitchen - lots of color and delicious dinner. Lovely new murals near the train station - so few cars on the road! A delightful day.

Cunard Queen Victoria arriving in San Francisco on our 40th Anniversary of the day we met - we kept in contact with the ship for her entire World Cruise. A cold morning!!
Håkon Christoffer Jonsmyr I shot all the Saturday heats (8:00am->3:00pm) in order to get at least one video of every boat, but couldn't stay several more hours for the 3rd & Petite races. Did all the finals on Saturday. Sorry if your Petite was missed.

Great morning with the Canadian National Team at Lake Natoma in Sacramento California - challenging being in a moving, rocking boat - camera kept things pretty steady.
Petaluma CA airport November 11, 2012 - 10 vintage planes in town for a parade fly-over - when all 10 planes were warming up, we could barely stand in the prop wash - amazing that the stabilizing function worked!! Great sounds - a joy to watch the pilots in their "toys" - love the B-25 and the big C47 - a great day.
Sound from the airplane carried over to the hotel view - pretty bumpy flight, our heads felt the plane noise too. Pretty water at Aria, night view. and of course Elvis...
40 years since we met - 3 perfect days in San Francisco - cute Valentine ducks, new Bay Bridge Tower, Hotel Vitale room view - wharf views, Ferry Building Clock gong, views from the hotel terrace, cruise ship in port, trolleys,sailboats, speed boat, views at dusk, Northern lights on TV - Boulette's Larder restaurant, Golden Gate Bridge on drive home.
